Twice now i've called for pricing on parts and service and have been told that i have had my name and number taken to be called back. Twice i've not received a call back. Too bad from them as i ended up spending $2k of the parts and service somewhere else.

I recently met Jeremy in the parts department over a water heater issue I was trying to solve myself. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and despite there policy of not accepting returns on electrical components he allowed me to return a component that was very pricey without any hassle. I will say the part was in its original packaging and was clearly new and returned same day. I actually expected some difficulty when I returned the part and was really pleased to have no resistance. This is what separates good business from average, employees who know when to make the right decision. Thanks Jeremy.

They are more than helpful and happy to sell you a new unit but god help you if you need warranty work. Service looks at you as if you are an annoyance when they actually get around to looking at you at all. Forget about them calling you to let you know the work is completed either. They would rather let the unit rot on their lot than pick up the phone and let a customer know its ready.

I made a mistake, thought I'd winterized but hadn't, obviously my own fault. Big Boys Toys handled the problem extremely well, kept my costs down and were conscious of a family event we needed the trailer for, so got it done in time. We bought our Jayco from them years ago and have been extremely pleased with both the trailer and the pleasant service ever since, always helpful. Can't recommend them enough :-)

We rented a 23' C class for a family vacation around the Vancouver Island. They were very nice, helpful, and accommodating throughout the rental process. Unfortunately, the unit had an issue with the fridge, but they were very helpful in getting the issue resolved satisfactorily. I would definitely rent through them again.

My wife and were searching for a specific layout for our first travel trailer purchase. Our search led us to Vancouver Island and to a competing RV dealership. We had thought we had found our trailer, but after getting some jitters about the trailer we viewed , we headed down the highway and landed at Big Boys Toys where we met Gary.
Gary was awesome the moment we hit the lot and provided us with such key information and knowledge in regards to what we needed to be looking for in a trailer. This was without any typical high pressure sales techniques nor did he bash his competitors; just provided facts.
I would highly recommend Gary, and in fact, the whole Big Boys Toys family to serve your RV needs.

These guys are amazing :) Darryl came in on his day off when they were closed to show us a trailer and spent over 2 hours with us answering all of our questions, he was very knowledgeable. They don't push sales, they thoroughly inspect their units and show you how to use and care for everything. I truly appreciate a business who values customer service. Highly recommend them :)

I had been checking out quite a few RV sites online not sure whether i was ready to commit to buying when i came across a used one to my likeing on the Big Boys Toys website. Unlike the other sites i looked at this one allowed me to make an offer online. So i made an offer thinking "what can it hurt there is no pressure to buy if they accept it or not". Within 30 min i was told my offer was accepted and by the next day i was approved for financing. It was freeing to know that if i liked the unit in person it was mine no waiting. Had it not been for that feature on the website i probably would have missed out on this great trailer. The service we received from everyone that we came into contact with was exceptional. Very friendly, very helpful. I would absolutely deal with this team again and highly recommend:)
