I understand and respect that others had negative experiences here however I have personally been three times (July, August and September 2017) and have had a good experience. The lady at the front may not be the most friendly in the world however I understand that she's doing five things at once and that can wear anyone down. I think for how busy she is, she is fine with welcoming people to the facility. The nursing staff there is amazing. Friendly and personable. Not shy nor do they think they're above all. This is very refreshing to see and they made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Toft is also amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail to ensure that I understood what it was that was done.
Based off my personal experiences, I'd gladly go back to this facility. Just remember, if someone isn't smiling all of the time, they could just be extremely busy and not "grouchy" or "rude".response / report this review -

The service is disgusting here, You go in to the supposed "walk in" and have them tell you that you have to book an appointment, They then proceed to make your appointment an hour after booking so you have to waste more time and gas to go back down there, and if you try to call you don't get called back. For the past 3 days I have been calling to make an appointment and not once has somebody got back to me on top of my multiple calls daily for 3 days in a row!!! HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO!

I was at the medpoint cardiac clinic on wellington. And the dr crean i think that's his name. When I went for my stress test he told me he wanted to look into it further because they foind something sent me for echo caridio gram then a ct scan of my heart and then when I haven't heard anything back I called about 6 time and left a msg nothing back I finally left a msg saying I need to know will someone please call me back Jessica called me back, and said she said the the dr was out of town and not sure when he will return and that all she can see is my heart skipped a couple beats and it was fast . And that she would recommend that I go see another Dr. So I called my family Dr and got referred to Dr brown at dynacare and very happy

I happen to feel extremely dizzy for couple of days and could not get an appointment with my family doctor. I walked in this cliniq and within 10 minutes top I saw a doctor. Extremely efficient and friendly, he took the time to explain what is happening to me and he told me within a week it will all be gone, also prescribed medicine. He wasn't only right but he was kind and gentle. Dr. Phillips. Thumbs UP !

Most incompetent Receptionists and service I have ever received at a Walk-in Clinic. I just arrived to Ontario and got employment here so I needed a half page form health assessment saying that I am healthy for working with youth. Receptionist tells me there is no charge, I wait 50 minutes, doctor tells me it is not free it costs $40 and tells me to come back two days later that she can not see me on that day, that I need an appointment (the receptionist told me I could come in for the assesment). I come back two days later with an appointment set and receptionist has no clue whats going on, she makes calls to find out about protocols for forms tells me that the doctor was also wrong and that the cost is $45 bucks. She gets frustrated with me and tells me that they are not changing the price despite the doctors quote so I walked away. Dont go to this place, horrible, disorganized & greedy. Half page health assessment for employment, thats all I needed folks
