  After 600 hours, our brand new compressor started to have significant problems. No urgency from them to help fix the issues.

  Our generator died after constant need of maintenance and we had to stop all work to find a replacement. After searching for a week we ordered a generator from master. Josh helped us choose the best generator for our shop. Surprisingly the generator arrived before the 2 week timeline. Master technicians helped us install and make our generator operational within 24 hours of delivery. Amazing service! Definitely would recommend to others.

  I operate a dairy farm relying on 2 robotic milking machines. Various valves are needing compressed air to keep the system milking our 100 cows. When our old compressor seized up we were quite concerned that we would have a challenge to acquire and receive a compressor of the required needs at our rural location in a timely manner. Randy from Master Aire answered my phone call which is rather uncommon these days, helped me and the milking equipment technician size and choose the proper compressor for our needs. Randy also was available to advise our electrician on the technical questions he had. As promised, the new compressor was delivered to our farm less than 24 hours after the order was placed. Simple to install, and running quietly within hours of delivery. Randy and Master Aire definitely promised and delivered upon those promises.
