Courtney was a pleasure to deal with, had all the information we needed to help us get booked, very prompt when replying to my emails. Our instructor Tony did a great job with our Forklift refresher course. Arrived on time, was well prepared, had good information and kept the guys engaged. This was our first time using Safety First Training for our forklift training. The Team was very pleased and said " Training went well on Friday August 19, 2022. Garret was well versed and knowledgeable in his training techniques and easy to connect with. He was able to add his own lift experiences to his teaching. We would welcome Garret back anytime"

I was very pleased with the quality of the training and how the trainer presented the information. Yes, the information was dry and common sense, but the trainer made it interesting by presenting real stories and examples along with the information. The trainer was making sure our team was paying attention especially to the important information and ensuring they were safe in all aspects of the training. The trainer was outgoing and responsive to the questions asked. He accommodated all learning styles and encouraged questions.

Our Teams Mutual relationship with Safety First Training from setting up Training, Planning, Billing has been an absolute delight.

Tom is an amazing Professional Ambassador of the training programs Safety First offer ,Toms experience speaks loud and proud as he teaches Our work Family for the assigned Daily Tasks, Tom always goes over and above the time slotted ( Which is fine by me). Takes his time with Full explanation's. .

I have personally dealt with Tom within a handful of different courses, I Really enjoy Toms way of getting the information out and the clear and direct communication.
