  Paul was on time. He diagnosed the issue with my fridge. Explained the issue with the compressor step by step. He took his time explain how the repair was going to be done.
  
  He was professional and it was a very comforting experience. I will 100% recommend him to my friends.

  Phenomenal service. Paul was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. He took the time to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator and explain the exact issue. He explained his plan to fix the issue and ordered the part. He returned the following day and installed it. Luckily his first solution worked perfectly. Paul was a great technician, knowledgeable, and professional. great experience and I can highly recommend him.

  Called Paul to repair a the freezer in a home we had sold and vacated a month ago. Asked if he would mind contacting the new owner to arrange a convenient time to come by and Bill me. Paul was very accommodating and made all the arrangements. He was even able to do it the same day. Called to keep me updated on what needed to be done and possible solutions to repair things. Was very happy at the cost and service he provided. I will call him if ever we need another repair. They were professional, affordable and honest.

  What a pleasant experience. Paul was very professional polite and just an all round great guy. He was on time, easy to get a hold of and got the job done in no time. Gave me some helpful hints as well. Would definitely highly recommend him Prices for repair very reasonable as well.

  I was so impressed with Paul! My washing machine suddenly stopped working. I called Paul in the morning and he was at my home later that day to diagnose the issue. He quickly determined that a repair would not be worthwhile and that I would need to purchase a new washer. That said, he relayed I could email him model numbers for the machines I was considering and he would tell me the pros and cons of each.and he did! That was well beyond what I expected and it was extremely helpful to me as I know absolutely nothing about washing machines. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend Hartek Pro Inc. and will definitely call Paul for any future needs! Truly blown away by the exceptional customer service and experience overall!! Thanks Paul!
