I did fingerprint submission for RCMP from the United States. Received email response within several hours for any queries. Received email acknowledgement on the same day courier was delivered. Was easy to communicate and received detailed instructions for submission. Got my clearance certificate from RCMP On time.

Good fingerprint service, much cheaper compared with other places. I went to another one in downtown and it sucked, charded me $56 but they did not even help me fill in the basic info of myself.
But here is very smooth and everything is done through computer. Good stuff.

Extremely slow service. Even when you call and try to enquire about the status of your application they only give you the vaguest answers. I needed to get police clearance from outside Canada and it took them more than 2 days to transmit my fingerprints to the RCMP after they had received my documents. Even after that, I had to call them and request them for transmitting the fingerprints because they failed to do it on their own. It took them 15 days after the RCMP had completed the clearance check to send it to me and that too I had to keep on calling them over and over again. Would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere for the peace of your mind.
