  Overall I highly recommend Yoga Mamas as a 1 stop shop for all your pre and post natal services. The environment and the staff is incredible, always friendly and very knowledgeable. A literal oasis in the city to reset and get some self care. Dr. Nicole Procyk specifically is amazing and this is the first time I have sought out prenatal chiropractic care. IT IS A GAME CHANGER. And even after the first session with Dr. Nicole I felt so much better. She is very knowledgeable, offers great recommendations and makes you feel safe.

  I’ve been to prenatal yoga at other studios and it felt like it was a regular yoga class with more restrictions. The classes I took here were focused on the birthing person, connecting to baby, and preparing for birth which was nice. Plus the instructor, Anuta, was super knowledgeable and studio was clean and relaxing.

  I love this place!!! Very clean, positive and professional place. The staff are very sweet and I love coming here. They have a wide range of services for mamas and mama’s to be.
  
  My experience…
  I’ve been seeing Sarah Bolton since I was 10 weeks pregnant. She worked wonders with my pregnancy pain and always looked forward to my prenatal massage. I also booked the postpartum massage and oh man, what a treat 🥰 I always feel so relaxed after my appointment - thank you Sarah! I need to book my next appointment soon!
  
  I also did the Cesarean Scar Release therapy and what a difference! BIG THANKS to Dr. Michelle Zimari! My scar feels so much softer and I learned so much from this service. I did 7 treatments I think and I have no regrets, and I continue to follow the instructions Dr. Michelle suggested.
  
  Overall, thank you to the yoga mama team. I think this place is a hidden gem and I love the positive vibe you feel the minute you walk in here 😍 I’m sure I’ll be seeing you guys again soon.

  Very professional, easy to make appointments, and clean environment. From the moment I arrived, there was a lovely atmosphere and I loved that the services and products are tailored to all mamas and mamas to be. They also offer lots of baby products such as books, clothing, and of course self care items for mom. I went here for a chiropractic appointment with Dr. Nicole for postpartum adjustment. She has excellent communication, was very easy to get along with, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely return to her and yoga mamas for more services such as massage and the baby and mama classes. I only wish I found out about this place during my pregnancy too!

  This is my first pregnancy and with covid (stuck at home) I wanted an opportunity to meet new moms in a safe environment. I signed up for four prenatal yoga sessions and it's been great. I've been able to learn safe stretches to help my pregnancy, get fresh air leaving the house and feeling the mommy vibes in class. The studio is beautiful, modern and calming. So happy I found this place and tried it out. It's alittle far for me but experience is worth it!
