  Their new manager, Kael, is the best. They do all they can to give you a good deal on the work they do. Every time I went in, they went above and beyond what they were supposed to do.

  One star is for friendly service, the other star was the fact they were able to the job on Saturday. I had the option of waiting for a few days for a new exhaust or having them fabricate a new one without the resonator that same day. I optioned for the fabrication because I was told the exhaust would be quiet without the resonator. Bad advice by Macdonald muffler because it sounds the same if not louder then when it had a hole in it. Anyone one that hears my car tells me I need a new exhaust and I tell I just paid nearly 300$ to get it fixed. I cannot recommend this place. If you read anywhere onlineno one recommends the resonator being taking out. What do I know, I thought I was listening to the pros????

  Took my bmw 135i m package in to have two resonators installed. Total cost was $283 taxes in for 2 1/2 hours so ($250) before taxes.
  
  Service was excellent, coffee was fantastic and there was wifi so I could watch a movie while I waited. As comfortable of an environment possible as far as I'm concerned
  
  I had an issue I mentioned in my original review and the owner personally contacted me the next morning to remedy the issue. Good service even for a custom job and price was exactly what I was expecting. Not exactly picture perfect welds but fully penetrated and sealed.

  I stopped in without an appointment to get a exhaust leak issue evaluated. Within fifteen minutes the problem was diagnosed. They offered to do the work that day despite being busy. We were shuttled to our intended destination in Windsor after being given an accurate estimate and labor time. MasDonald's was accurate on both fronts. The repair was successfully done at a fraction of the cost I anticipated after an earlier estimate at my Lexus dealer. The staff was professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

  If anything ever happens with my van, I always bring it here.
  
  The people here get it. They know how horrible it can be to deal with issues with your vehicle. They know how horrible it is to deal with dealers and their extra charges or overpriced services and parts. They are very down to Earth staff. Love the muffler sculptures too.

  I had a disaster of a repair needed for my car. Unfortunately the technician quit before the repair could be complete. Phil arranged to get my car to another garage to finish the repair and transported my new engine there as well. I was impressed with their honesty and knowledge. I'd bring my car back there again despite the issues with not being able to finish the job. My car was left clean after any service and I appreciated their genuine concern for my situation. Phil was awesome!!

  My husband is a "car guy" and usually does all his own automotive work but there was a job he didn't have the tools for. After some research he took his baby to MacDonald Auto to have it done. Great service, great people! Will definitely go back if we need anything done to either of our vehicles. Thanks!

  My experience at MacDonald's Auto Repair met all of my expectations and more! Safety and E-test were my goals. Phil made it possible to get all the proper parts and that was far from easy; Barb found a way to help me pay for it; and Peter and his Gang of mechanics pulled it off! They brought new life into my daughter's 12 year old car. We could not be happier. Thanks for the GREAT experience Gang.
