I recently purchased (7 weeks ago) a preowned vehicle from Southpoint Lally Ford and am extremely happy so far. The digital clock display wasn't working properly, so I called to bring it in. An appointment was arranged for within a few days and the service tech looked up while still on the phone with to verify if it might be a factory issue, which it was (so nice to know). They took my car right away on the day of the appointment, which was on time. However, the service took a lot longer than expected due to the fact that they didn't have the program downloaded and ready to override the existing, which in my mind, they should have been prepared for since they already knew what the problem was. They were very apologetic and quite nice about it though. There may be more to the problems they experienced, but from the information they gave me, they should have had the program downloaded and ready to install upon service.
This experience does not in any way alter how I feel about the dealership. They are very courteous, friendly and happy to assist in any way possible. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone.

I bought a Nissan Juke at the "Cash on the Dash" event in Kingsville. I love my SUV! I also found the whole experience very easy and the salesmen were great, a lot of laughs happened when my cash on the dash turned out to be $1000!!!!! Will definitely be going to Lally Ford Leamington again!

Great, no pressure experience.
I purchased a used vehicle. The day after we took it home, the car began to stall and within a day would not start at all. Lally had the vehicle towed from our home in Windsor, fixed the issues on the car and then delivered back to our driveway.

We are very please with the service @ Lally Ford,when we purchased our Ford Fusion from there., They have an amazing team ,from the sales person Tom to the service department Manager Ted and is Team when it is in for service for whatever reason from the undercoating to regular check up they keep you informed and also to mention that the vehicle is washed when we come to pick it up,,keep up the good work !! Like the fact that they e-mail service schedules and reminders out by e-mail, they are so quick to respond. . Know that is GREAT customer service. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

The service of Southpoint is amazing. Dropped my car off for an oil change and noticed I've been having low tire pressure. They quickly took care of me. Patched my tire and did a rotation. Very satisfied with the service I received.

Our salesman was Steve and he was very nice and very knowledgeable. Steve was not high pressure which I really appreciate. He was like dealing with a friend or family member. We met some of the staff there and all were very nice. We would definitely recommend Southpoint Ford and Steve. The car we got is great and really enjoying it.
