Receptionist was brusque and impolite. Paid for a doctor but got a young paramedic who was polite (but inexperienced and gave wrong diagnosis). Forced to pay on the spot despite having insurance. Insurance company later paid them direct but cannot contact Stein for a refund - they got paid twice. There is no email and the walk-in clinic is now closed.

Visiting from Australia with my wife I had terrible abdominal pains and diarrhoea for days i thought my vacation was going to be ruined. I went into this clinic they were super nice and professional they took care of me right away. It was a simple fix and my vacation is saved! Good bunch they are.. thanks heaps

This place is no longer a walk in clinic. Which by the way, I already knew when I walked in! I was there to ask about their other services this morning. But the second I walked in, the RUDE receptionist said they're not a walk-in clinic. So I told her I was actually there to ask about something else regarding their specialists. Then she says they're not a walk-in clinic (again for no reason) and I had to repeat myself (it's like she didn't listen!!!) and finally got the info I needed and she then says they're not a walk-in clinic. Does she have a chronic issue of saying that sentence??? Her tone was condescending and I'm not impressed by this place at all.

Recently Stein Medical (Bentall) switched from a drop-in clinic to just massage therapy, etc. I had been going to the drop-in clinic for years. I popped in and the receptionist was SO horribly rude, condescending and unhelpful. My office building is across the street and a ton of us do go for RMT massages but we will all be going to somewhere farther away for a more pleasant experience.

Very nice clinic, and I am deeply disappointed that they are ceasing to serve MSP patients, without any explanation. Because of this, my personal highly professional physician decided to retire. Total mess and confusion.

The doctors here are incredibly friendly and professional, I've been to the Burrard location several times and every time I have had a great experience. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen, that being said some days are definitely more busy than others so making an appointment really helps. Dr Noble is who I have seen most and like I said, incredibly professional and friendly. Really recommend this place.

A big thank you to dr stein for the great treatment. I have been suffering from chronic pain for the last couple of years and with his help, within 3 treatments I have gotten more relief than the rest of the physiotherapists have given me in 3 years! Dr Stein is very patient and takes time to explain things. Thanks to Dr Stein and everyone at Stein medical for the great help.

Best walk- in clinic downtown! I waited under 5 minutes to get seen regarding my recurrent throat/tonsil issues. All of the doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a swab done and received a call regarding the results within 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised with this. The MOA's are all very friendly and efficient with helping patients. I definitely recommend this clinic.
