There is a staff member that works here that is very rude. She is not helpful at all Only to her friends whom she speaks her language with. Anytime I'm in there with my mother she practically yells at us when ask her a question. I felt forced to tell her that the staff is very rude here. Next time I come in I will be sure to get her name and call management.

Fabricland is pricey but the selection is good and they're really trying to appeal to their membership. You have to pay to be a member annually but then you get the discounted price which makes things more affordable. Otherwise I suggest just shopping clearance which is a good deal.

I find the prices at all Fabriclands are kinda high. Paying for the membership only brings the price down to what you would pay at say dressew or fabricana. It also bugs me that the membership is only for the calender year and you pay the same for it in January as you do November. The selection is on par for most fabrc stores in the lower mainland.

Wide selection, however I didn't find any fabric I really liked. I was also in there for 1/2 hour and no one said hi or asked if I needed help, even though they were not busy.

I have been shopping at fabricland for over 30 years and this is my favourite location. The staff are helpful and there are good sales frequently.

The store definitely has large selection of products. Many different fabrics and even curtains as well as home decor. However customers service is non existing in this location. When I walked in to look for a zipper, store was empty of customers and 6 employees were taking with each other. No one said hi to me or offered and help.

The staff are super helpful and they often have pretty decent sales. Otherwise, a bit on the pricey side.
