The staff are always friendly and helpful. While the selection is not as wide as their other location, it's perfect if you're in the area. They have some of the best prices on vitamins and Vega.

Great staff. The selection of vitamins and groceries is smaller than the Douglas street store but they have a good supply of the basics. The prices at Lifestyles are usually some of the best in town on vitamins.

This place is mostly packaged organic, specialty and allergy foods. Supplements are also available and their selection is small but pretty good. Not much produce. Goto mother nature down the way for more of a selection.
