The leisure guide advertised an indoor playground for kids under 7. It was raining today, so we packed up and went. Turns out that it is in the pool area. Both parents are charged entry, and you have to walk across the pool deck. Nice play equipment for young kids, but we left after half an hour because it was wet and our kid couldn't safely play. She kept slipping on the wet floor. The indoor playground is more like a few toys, chairs, slide, etc. for wet kids at the pool to play on. Dry kids will not stay dry. We should have just played out in the rain.
They need a bigger family change room. It's always packed and change rooms are never available.
Lawson Civic was on the way home from work so I figured why not check it out. What a waste of my time. They have hardly any equipment at all. The cardio to weight machine ratio was way off. Very small weight room with very little space for floor work even though they have mats. I'll stick to Shaw center and field house from now on come to think of it Lakewood is actually better then this place boo
My daughter likes bed this pool, except the water is usually very cold
Not much attention is paid by the lifeguards otherwise a great facility
We have our son's birthday party at the multipurpose room here every year and it's great.
Need to advertise swim time properly and better. Receptionist is overly rude. Not at all friendly and is not overly informative !
The receptionist was rude, wasn't aware of swim times so we couldn't even go.find out later that they have parent and tots program :/
Decent pool. The kids have fun in the waves.
Love the pool here. Especially the spacious hot tub.
I love the pool, the waves are fun and the mats go perfectly with it. Yay
