I have been dealing with GMG for the last 6 years and the care and reliability has always been top shelf. Regardless of what the occasion or what kind of price point I was working with I was and still am always welcomed with an open door and familiar friendly faces. The staff is very knowledgeable and always finds a way to meet a persons requests.

Gmg deserves a full 5 stars and more! The feeling that you get when you walk into this beautiful jeweller is more then fantastic. The smiles, the service, the consistent help is great. I have to pinpoint a special employee, Robert Gudjonson. He has helped my husband and I from day one and I couldn't be more thankful to have had his help throughout the journey. He's perfect at what he does, he communicates through text and emails which is great when you live away from the city. His drive for his job is something I can't even explain, the motivation and quality of performance will leave you with that perfect gift for someone special.

I have been a customer for 20 years and will continue to go to GMG for my jewelry needs! From buying jewellery to having it seviced I have always received the best customer service. Alex is our favourite, she's so kind with a big smile and she definitely knows her stuff! I recently brought my 9yr old daughter in with her very first 'real' ring, Alex made her feel so happy and special, she also taught her all about it's stone, origin and care!

As a Marriage Comissioner I have high expectations to receiving the absolute best service in Saskatoon for my clients. That is why I send them to GMG Jewellers. Robert G. and the staff always make me feel very welcome. Robert is very knowledgeable about the products carried in store, friendly, curtious, and genuinely wants you to leave with your dream come true piece of jewellery! There's no where else that can compare to the quality of the product you will receive and remarkable customer service.

Alexandria at GMG would stop at nothing short of perfect for me! I was able to buy the perfect engagement ring without even being able to make it to the store. The entire experience was amazing and even though I was picky she worked so hard to find the most amazing ring that my now fiancée absolutely loves! I will definitely be back to buy more and look forward to dealing with Alexandria again!

I found the website by accident and sent in a request for a quote on a similar wedding band at a jewelry store I was referred to and had purchased previously from. Alexandria responded right away with a price that was far lower than the other jewelry store and promptly answered all my questions. When I received the ring it did not exactly match the engagement ring so I sent it back to her and she forward it to the designer Norm Carver, they made it match and sent it back all at no charge. Alexandria went above and beyond, it was by far the best purchase experience I have ever had. I work for Lexus and have a high expectations when it comes to service and she surpassed them all. I will definitely continue to purchase from GMG even though I am in Edmonton.

They are great. Great customer service. They repaired my wife's pendant for free after 2 years of buying. I live in Calgary but still visit Saskatoon often and once a while I stop there. Still our best and trustworthy jewelry store in Canada.

My salesperson, Shawn, was incredibly helpful. He ensured that the vision I had for the ring was carried out to perfection. After an initial consult and choosing a diamond, he stayed in contact with me by sending me renderings of the custom ring along the way. The end product, a custom ring from Noam Carver, was perfect. My fiance loves it! Thanks!

My engagement ring was custom-made in Germany, and did not come with a wedding band, so Amanda at GMG helped me design my wedding band. She spent so much time with me to understand exactly what I wanted, and then met with me numerous times with various ring moulds to make sure it fit perfectly. She listened to what I wanted, and not once did she make me feel like I was being an inconvenience with all of my requests & mind changes. I highly recommend GMG, their service is personal & customized, she literally would not let me leave until she knew I was 150% happy with my ring!

We just moved here from Winnipeg and were referred to GMG by a friend, who had nothing but amazing things to say about the staff. She was right!
I dealt with Jan. She was genuine, friendly and very knowledgeable.
We needed my wife's engagement ring, and our wedding band appraisals updated, as we just moved here from Winnipeg. Jan offered to polish our rings, while I waited and they did the paperwork.
I browsed their display cases while waiting, and saw many beautiful pieces.
Even though I did not make a purchase this time, I will definitely be back soon!
