Most of the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. My personal opinion why I don't care for this place is buying supplies. Costs too much. Plus many times what I'm looking for they don't have otherwise love the place.

Each and every time when ordering prints have been extremely disappointed with alignment and print quality as well as the lengthy turnaround. Staff is usually helpful in this regard, seeing as they are done in a different location, seems the problem isn’t with this store.
It’s nice to have a local camera store to actually try before you buy. Good experiences when purchasing here. Can’t complain about service.

Pretty much the only game in town for specialty processing. Got some 120 film developed and scanned. Took longer than expected but I'm glad they're here to do all the foot work. I just drop it off and pick it up.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but my boyfriend and I went in to pick up his developed pictures and the employee who was helping us seemed to be completely annoyed with us even being in there at all right from the start. He treated us like we were a huge inconvenience for him and rolled his eyes when we tried to get help from him. When I boyfriend went back in to try to get help one more time he got an even more rude response from the same employee and he told him he was too busy to help him and he didn't have time to look for his pictures, continuing to roll his eyes. Super unhappy with this. I know sometimes we have hard days in customer service, but nothing gives any employee the right to treat people like that.

Fairly good photo shop. Depending on the staff member you get. If its someone young you'll get great service and attention. If its the old guy, you'll stand there and get insulted and then shop online at Amazon. So try and get someone young to help you because the service can be good! Great selection of cameras and accessories, also great for high quality photo prints.

Excellent service! I came in for a Visa photo and later had to come in for the photo again because I didn't realize I had to have my facial piercing out for the photo. They didn't charge for the second set of photos! Quick and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

Great to have an actual photo store staffed with actual photo people. They've always treated me fairly and with respect. My only complaint is that they're way over there and I'm way over here. Not their fault, I suppose, so I restored the fifth star.
    Long may they reign.

Great staff. Lots of equipment, both new and used, to try out. Extensive photo finishing services. Note that while some "instant printing" is available in the store, most of it goes to Winnipeg to their pro lab there. Turn around is surprisingly quick but you need to allow shipping time when you place your order. Nice to see that Saskatoon still has such a full service camera store - they are getting harder and harder to find.

Great staff and their prices are fair, not the lowest, but also not the highest. It's really great having a store in the prairies to put your hands on camera gear instead of blindly purchasing online.

Last winter, I went to this shop to get a photo for my daughter's passport application. There was this particular staff, Cameraman (male with some funky hairdo) who was responsible for the picture. The picture was printed and it was not up to my expectations. So we did a retake with an unwilling cameraman who felt that the first one was good enough. First, he is not the passport official to determine the requirement and secondly, he forgot that I was the customer who had a photograph rejected by passport officials before. The second batch of photographs was good. As I was paying for the photos, I asked if I could have the previous photos (those that were not up to expectations) since you can't use them for passport application and it is my daughter's. Now comes the best part..I was told that I have got to pay for it!! Well, I asked him what are you going to do with the photographs if I don't buy them then and he casually said, I will destroy it later. The point is this..that photograph of a person, kid doesn't belong to you. Next, if you are going to destroy them, you do so in front of the customer. It is difficult for a customer to trust you if they do not know what you could do with such photographs. As a matter of fact, this is common sense and I was appalled at the lack of it here. I will never go to Don's photo ltd again.
