  I called ahead to ask about balloons and the man on the phone was impatient and gruff. When I arrived, they were upset that I wanted to fill more than 24 balloons with helium for an event, and told me to my face that they should charge higher prices for filling balloons because they hate doing it. I understand having regulations and we would have been fine filling balloons on our own, however I found their rudeness quite appalling. They need some advice on customer service. It's not the customer's fault if you resent doing something you offer as a service.

  Didnt find what I was looking for. I asked but was told that this is what they have and that's it. Maybe I was expecting a little bit more engaging response. The balloons I bought were not very good quality even though they were pricey. Every single one I inflated (100!) had some sort of film on it with lots of dust/hair , very dry and static.
  I may as well buy balloons at the dollar store.

  Three people working, not one person acknowledged me as I wandered the store, then stood at the till waiting to pay. Seemed like it was more of an inconvenience for them. Probably won't return because of this horrible customer service.

  I have used Bazaar & Novelty for years. I am in Ontario but order from B & N in bulk, they fill my orders correctly, they mail my orders quickly & are very nice to deal with!

  Not cheap, they do have some fun party stuff here. Had a birthday to throw, came here and found everything we wanted.

  I got a laser fringe curtain here. Then I found a pack of cheap mardi gras beads. It's party stuff but you don't have to buy a party load, you can just get some for yourself.
