  We ordered a Canadel table and 6 chairs which we received June 2017. The table was damaged in shipping and one table leg is covered with dark paint overspray. The repair guy came over 3 times to assess things and finally fixed the shopping damage but said we probably need a new leg for the table and someone would contact us. We have left many phone messages to Sheila Roberts and went to the store and told Janice, the sales manager about the problem. No one has replied to our calls. We are very upset with the poor service! We called Canadel and they said they can't do anything - La-Z-Boy has to deal with it. We will never buy anything from La-Z-Boy again. They do NOT stand behind their products.

  Excuse the pun, but this La-Z-Boy location is rather la-id back. Har har. But seriously, their staff take on a no-pressure conversational approach, attempting to uncover your needs before trying to sell you anything. They offer a HUGE variety of colors, shapes, and sizes of furniture to fit medium to large sized rooms, and they have a dedicated department to create custom fabricated furniture to meet your specifications. Worth a visit if you need new furniture for your home, but keep in mind they don't have much for homes with smaller rooms.

  Awesome sales people and the delivery guys were great. Management very understanding and helpful when we had a problem, not their problem, our problem, but they were very helpful. I know where I would shop again and would recommend them to all.

  Very deceptive pricing! For a sofa/loveseat combination, we were quoted one price on Tuesday only to see the staff increase the price by $500 on Wednesday. While that might be explainable, what was unethical was the way that the so called "Honest Value" also increased by $500 in tandem with the price increase. The sales woman was embarassed and could not explain why both tags changed. LazyBoy is no longer on our shortlist and really deserves a complaint via Consumer and Corporate Affairs.
