When renovating our retail location in Qualicum Beach, I made countless trips to this location paint, trim, nails & screws, shop vac . all of which they had, and were knowledgeable about they saved me many times from wasting time and money!!

The people on the customer service desk know what they are doing. We wanted a sink and toilet that was not in stock but Chris put through an order for us that came in on Thursday as he promised. We got a phone call to let us know the order had arrived.
I have also dealt with Byron who has been there a lot longer than Chris and I have always been able to get what I needed through him.response / report this review
