  I have just had my fourth treatment with Leah Dumaine who is the aesthetic nurse specialist at Dr. Robinson's office. As I have had the similar treatments at another office in the city I felt that I should share my experiences here with Leah. Far superior service from Leah. She explained everything clearly before doing the procedure, she used the proper amount of freezing so that there was minimal discomfort (not true at the other office). Each visit I would say her personal professional approach was surpassed only by her obvious in depth knowledge.
  I never felt rushed during treatment (not true in the other office) and after each treatment she has spent considerable time explaining the other services offered in detail when I asked about further treatment options.
  I have enjoyed exceptional service from the staff at the front desk and would highly recommend Leah to any of my friends and family.

  If you are looking to have non-surgical rhinoplasty done, then I certainly do not recommend having it done at this office. Though the aesthetic nurse (Leah) & Dr. Robinson were friendly enough, the work I sought out to have done was not fulfilled in the slightest.
  
  After visiting the office not once, but twice to have my nose touched up - the overall result itself only lasted a mere couple of days. As you can imagine I was completely dissatisfied with that outcome, given the fact that I paid a considerable amount of money for a mere twenty minute procedure ($1000.00 to be exact) & was ultimately told the filler would last anywhere from twelve to eighteen months.
  
  Not only was I overcharged for a procedure that did not even endure under a quarter of the amount of time I was informed about, I had to jump through hoops just to try & receive somewhat of a reimbursement. They were incredibly resistant in regards to offering me a refund, & continually insisted that I return for yet another fill - when they knew for certain that was not a possibility, as I have since moved to another province.
  
  Dr. Richard Robinson’s office essentially took my money, & left me with very unsatisfactory results. Which have now lead me to seek out the attention of yet another “certified” plastic surgeons office. If that doesn’t attest to the service provided at this location, then I don’t know what else does. Use caution whilst researching offices such as this, as you certainly do not always get what you pay for & I can most definitely corroborate with that following my overall experience.
