My elderly parents have gone to Dr Thompson for years .The reception excellent friendly and accommodating,no egos here.Also they work around us, as moms disabled and they parents live in a care facility .Very happy with service provided here

Therr service is great, the Optometrist was very kind and listened well. I had to go in because I was recently shot on the ey lid with a bb gun and it cause a blood clot, which went away, but I had to go get glasses because my optical nerve in my left eye is damaged from a concussion from before, so I can't see fsr and my right eye has a cataract and I needed a different lense for that one, and I needed transformation glasses, they helped me find the right glasses for me and they were so polite in the process

Excellent service. The service was prompt, the optometrist was very capable of listening to and understanding my concerns, and of solving them quickly.
The service was friendly and professional, and when it was time for me to choose glasses, I wasn't rushed or hurried, and the staff was very patient as I decided on the best style of glasses to select. They work with direct payment to Great West Life, so I didn't need to worry about this aspect. Highly recommended professional group in Nanaimo if you're looking for quality optometry.response / report this review
