Henry is amazing! Not only did he rescue me once this year, but he rescued me twice by sourcing impossible to find, out of production components. I owe him big time. Thank-you!!

They went above and beyond for me. For several weeks, I had tried unsuccessfully to get a Reynolds 11-speed cassette body from a few other shops (need it for an upcoming race.) La Bicicletta saved me! They took a cassette body off of one of their wheels when their distributor couldn't get it to me quick enough. They really went above and beyond!

We went into this store looking at bike clothes. They had a nice variety, and specialize in ASSOS brand gear (in which they were very knowledgeable). They had a nice selection, and while they did not have every size available for every style, they were good about providing an alternative item for sizing with the option to order something if they didn't have it in store.
The employees were amazing, they really care about their customers. They were attentive and made sure to answer any questions, and even gave advice on fit when trying on gear. Usually you are just directed to the fitting room, but they showed how things are supposed to fit and why they are designed the way that they are.response / report this review -

Took in my bike at 11:00 am today. Crank was jumping and gears were not in sync. Mathew, one of the mechanics took a quick look. Chain installed by another shop was too short; slight bend in the rear derailer; jumping crank part he will figure out. Told me to come back at 4:00 pm today. Mathew cleared all the issues. bike runs great. Great service. Mechanics really knowlegeable

Such a lovely bike shop! Spacious and lovely, great customer service and knowledgeable staff! I needed a quick little repair to my daughter's bike and they fixed it quickly and free of charge! I'm now a loyal customer. 😀

Fantastic bike shop. After a tune up my bike runs and looks like new too. Staff is super knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about La Bicicletta! (And to echo Rob's comment, they do indeed run a great weekend bike camp).

La Bicicletta organizes a great cycling weekend in Haliburton. I have participated the last two years and they do an excellent job from start to finish, great cycle routes, excellent support and are wonderful people. I would highly recommend checking out their store and online site.

La Bicicletta is Toronto's finest bicycle shop. Impeccable service, knowledgeable staff, and great deals to be had any day of the week. My favourite place to have my bicycle tuned up, with very quick turn arounds. I have been to many bicycle shops, and nobody stands behind their product and service better than La Bicicletta.
