Fast service, knowledgeable crew, a Clean place and depending on time of day it can getting pretty busy but like most lordco locations they are pretty quick at handling customer service.

I was given the incorrect fuel filter for my truck, tried to return it then following day, but I had tossed the receipt. "No returns at lordco with out receipt" (99% of modern stores will find the transaction on their computer within a minute and process the refund). I have the wrong $35 filter. Thanks lordco.

A larger lordco then other stores in the chain. Good service but you need to know your prices and ask for a discount to do a price match if you have one.

Asked a simple question about if they carried an item called Fitech efi. Looked at me like i had no idea what i was talking about. The parts guy has zero customer service skills at all. The parts lady, sorry didnt get any names gave me more help by trying to look at the website.
