This is the only Krispy Kreme donut franchise that's closes to kitchener so my family and I came down to purchase some, since we don't have much time to travel down there, anyways we tried to make the best of the trip. When we order our pastry the employee asking for our order was very rude and was talking down on us by the time we reached the cash register my mom had alot of change she wanted to get rid of and were talking toonies and loonies the employee that was rude to us earlier came over and said "we don't except this much change" like first off it's still currency and second we counted it out for her and third she needs to be trained properly on how to speak to customers that is allworst customer service!!

Delicious but occasionally very busy. Kids loved watching the donuts bring made. Price for plain hot donuts are not worth it when you can get a creme filled for the same price.

Love coming here for fresh donuts. The original glazes are my favorites. Especially when they're warm they just melt in your mouth! I find that the drive thru usually has a line up but inside there's little to no wait. Would recommend!

I love the donuts here! They are so soft and very sweet! The drive through is very convenient. Tons of parking as it's part of a large plaza. A lot of car and motorcycle enthusiasts gather here. Remember, when the sign outside is laminated, the donut machine is pumping out fresh donuts!!!

Always fresh doughnuts and great coffee. The location of this place is great too with plenty of parking spaces. Staples and Canadian Tire are not far. They make doughnuts on location and everybody can see how are they made through a clear glass which makes a good attraction specially for kids. My concern is the huge amounts of sure they use!

We came from Richmond Hill and the drive was definitely worth it. They have multiple flavors too but the three of us only made it through 4 of the 12 we got there at the time, so you can definitely get less and be satisfied because they're just so good. Also, a real treat to watch the donut-making process as you're waiting to order. It's pretty chilly here (or we were not dressed warmly enough) so bring a sweater. Seating was great - there were booths and coffee shop like chairs available. Definitely come here!

Best donuts I ever had. So soft and warm. Completely different taste than normal donuts. Plus you get to see them making fresh donuts. Its amazing. You will want to go again and again.

The only Krispy Kreme available within Ontario. It has a drive thru and walking option. They always have really long lineups, so be prepared to wait. Their donuts are made in house fresh. So delicious!

Drive thru Krispy Kreme!!

Service is always good, simple and quick as you would expect from a fast food place.

The donuts are usually warm and fresh when the sign is on but even when the sign is off the donuts are still soft and delicious. However, the problem is that it's good only for a few and after that it gets too sweet. Best eaten with milk !

Best place for donuts. They are always fresh! The staff is always nice and whenever you ask for a cup of water, they always ask "would you like ice?" Which is super sweet of them and they've asked every single I've been there. Well trained staff is always a pleasure.

This place never disappoints. There is almost always a lineup at busy times, so prepare to wait. But well worth the wait! Only negative is that they try to stay ahead of the crowd, so they take your donut order before you even get to the display to see what's available. But all around a good place.
