I've been going to bellair for facials and acne treatments for a few sessions now and I must say I am a huge fan. Not only did my treatments result in glowing skin they also provided exceptional customer service. The top notch nurses, ambiance and service will keep me coming back for more treatments!

I had an excellent overall experience at Bellair.I felt welcomed by staff as soon as I entered the building--I must say Bellair has very friendly, professional staff that were competent and well informed--they answered all of my skin related questions in a thorough fashion. More importantly, after my facial was finished, my skin not only looked better, but I felt better.thank-you again for your professional service and for the much needed confidence boost!

Subject: Bad laser practice

I chose this clinic after reading the good google reviews. I went there for a laser hair removal consultation. After explaining their service they offered me same day service. I accepted and was seen by a nice, friendly nurse. She marked the area (chin and jawline), shaved it and then started doing laser. Everything looked fine so far. Until the day after I checked the area in the day light and I found many long hairs in the area, at least seven spots. I sent them an email and also called them and explained the situation and how I was disappointed with their service. They asked me to go to the clinic the day after. Initially the guy who introduced himself as the manager tried to justify their bad service. I told him there was no way he could justify such bad laser practice. First the area was not shaved properly, let alone proper laser technique!! They put me at risk of skin burn as they should not do laser on long hairs. Their nurse checked my chin and confirmed there were missed long hairs and they offered to redo laser for those spots. I refused and I asked for a refund but they said they would not be able to refund me. They said I could write an email to their director and they wrote his email address on a card for me. When I checked later I noticed the card was unreadable because the ink had smudged! I don't understand why their director cannot follow-up with me, especially when they do not have a proper printed business card to offer. They tried to shush me, such that, their other clients did not hear my complaint. In summary, bad laser practice and dishonesty trying to justify bad service and bad customer service.

I went to Bellair as a walk in client. Right away they conducted the consultation for the treatments I am interested in. After the consultation they gave me a gift bag with great goodies. I was able to get a good deal for my facial treatments the staff are great, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in for my treatment, the nurse who did my treatment was amazing. She's so nice, answered all my questions regarding the treatment. Its a wonderful experience I will definitely come back and will refer Bellair to my friends and family.

Great ambiance! Great services too! Nurses are amazing. Great attention to detail very thorough when I did my treatments. I also loved their Laser genesis treatment feels amazing on the skin. I used to have large pores but now I noticed a major difference. Loved this treatment! I will continue with this treatment and will continue going to Bellair!

I was very satisfied with the result of my underarm laser hair removal that I have decided to purchase a package for the legs as well. I've had 3 treatments so far ( 2 more to go) and I have already noticed a difference. I used to be scared of lasers but now I know that it is safe and effective. I highly recommend this clinic because they list on their website the machines that they use. If you do an independent research, you will see that the machines that they use are indeed gold standard.

I was referred here by my friend who has been coming to Bellair for almost a year now. I am doing the same thing as her. I purchased 5 sessions of laser hair removal and to my surprise my hair are almost gone just after 3 sessions. Now I am thinking of doing another area. The staff are very nice, knowledgeable & experienced. The place has the wow factor and I can tell you that this is the best place to belong. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service. Director is rude and condescending. They are happy to take your money but if you even dare to raise a complaint about any aspect of their service. They will literally kick you out of their office. Nurses are not trained well. They do not seem to have a proper system, will book clients with different machines based on availability, not skin type. Their management system is a wreck. Please don't waste your money here, it's not worth it.

Very unprofessional. They used low hair laser removal intensities and caused hair growth stimulation and refused to treat it properly, blamed me for it, did not refund me the money nor referred me to another clinic with better competence. The directore was very aggressive and sent me inapproriate e-mails! You can not reach the owners (physicans) without booking a consultation of a minimum of 200 CAD.

Had a really bad experience. Please be wary. Got the laser hair removal treatment done for my daughter. Instead of improvement, the situation became much worse than when we started! More coarse hair and bad skin breakout! And no question of refund. Truly disappointing. It was also very pricey! Will not recommend to anyone.

I bought 3 sessions for tattoo removal and unfortunately in two sessions nothing happened when I complained they said you should buy more sessions up to 12 or and wait to see what may happen without giving me any guarantee. so I got my last session payment back and did not go under painful, useless and costly procedure one more time. Although they said at the beginning my tattoo is not very dark and its easy to remove, but I can see they do not know how to use their machines despite having fancy office. now I am going to another clinic based on my friend's referral and %50 of my tattoo is gone in two sessions , please do not waste your time and money there for tattoo removal , they might be good for something else not for this. Plus they made me sit one hour waiting for procedure.
