Alisha did such an amazing job coloring my hair! It had been over five years since I last colored my hair, and I went in not exactly sure of what to ask for. After coming home from the salon, I realized that the color hadn't turned out to what I had in mind, and I called the salon the next day to see if they could fix it. They were super accommodating and I was able to get squeezed in on the same day. Alisha listened to my concerns about the initial coloring experience, and was able to recolor my hair to exactly what I had envisioned! I am in love with how it turned out, and so impressed with Kiyo's excellent customer service and willingness to make sure each customer is completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend Alisha to anyone wanting to get their hair colored!

Alisha was an amazing stylist and artist! She took the pictures of the cut I wanted and personalized it to make it exactly what I wanted and what worked for my hair. I highly recommend booking your next cut here.

Fantastic salon, super friendly staff.Sarah is the best colourists/stylist who is great at delivering exactly what I'm thinking of every time! I have never been disappointed going to Kiyo!

The staff are genuinely caring. I feel great every time I get my hair styled or cut at Kiyo. Above average service at a fair price. The assistant manager is exceptionally professional and treats all customers in such a high regard. I will easily continue to return for this experience. Excellent spa area. Even with a busy salon right next door you are in a whole different world when enjoying a spa treatment. Have had manicures, pedicures, eyebrow sugaring, and hot stone massage, all which were well done. Has a wheelchair accessible parking spot right out front, and step-free entrance.

Went here when i was young and will never forget the hairdresser choping my waist lenght hair up to my ears when i asked for a trim. Worst experience at a hairdressers ever!

The staff at Kiyo are wonderful. I see Lena in the Spa at the Nanaimo location regularly, and she is the greatest. I always feel relaxed and at ease around them. Prefect place for some R&R. Also, talented hair team too!
