  Very unfriendly as soon as they knew you are not a member. Didn't even attempt to be nice to get you to become a member. I work in customer services and sometimes you will have to cross the line a little to earn a client. A little effort and time spend especially there's no other clients at the store definitely can get more clients into your store. The one in Oakville able to give us quotes and even CAA at toll free call centre were willing to do it. I would have come back, join CAA and rent a car if they were willing to take this one simple step. Sorry. Not coming here again.
  
  Update:
  Call CAA call centre right after getting out of the store got a quote for what I need without a membership. (Note: the quote wasn't locked down but at least I get a number to work with for my trip.) She left her extension for me to call back if I want to use their service and will direct me to the membership team to sign up as well. That's what great service is. She's from the Thornhill location. After talking to my boyfriend, we'll definitely sign up and get the rental from them instead. I will be calling her from now on.

  Very fast and efficient service. I've been here for maps and Cineplex movie tickets. They're good, and the interior is super clean!

  Visit Tourism Burlington for everything Burlington - this location rarely has the basics like Ontario Maps in stock!
