The rooms were OK but the customer service was awful. The owner was always watching you while outside I guess good security. All the top plugs in our room didn't work and the TV didn't work. The service person came in and looked like he was on drugs. Cheap affordable stay in the falls but wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for a classy getaway
ghetto ghetto ghetto. if you have a family go elsewhere. this place is for lowlifes or passer throughs. the owner is extremely rude. very insecure feeling here. and dont plan on returning from the attractions late. we passed 3 crackheads on the way back just after 7pm. very ghetto hotel and location. we almost said who cares if we paid already, lets just drive home (2.5 hrs)
I checked it pretty late as a last minute guest. The room was clean, bed was comfy and staff was accommodating. It's walking distance from all the action on Clifton Hill if you plan on booking ahead of time.
This hotel was a good surprise for us. When we booked it online it originally was telling us it was a far walk away from Clifton Hill. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that is wasn't far at all. Literally minutes walking distance! Lots of people were staying there so the line to check in was a long wait and they charge for parking. It was a decent hotel for the price especially being so close to everything!
Our room was clean. The place is a bit old but really good for the price and location. Its right where most of the attractions are so its a really good spot if you decide to get a fun pass. The fridge and the microwave really helped since we had a child in our group.
Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is in a good location for the restaurants and a 15min walk to the falls. The hotel was clean and tidy. It has 2 swimming pools, a very small outside one and a lovely decent size indoor pool. Parking is extra at $10/night.
The location was very convenient, just minutes to Clifton Hill. Rooms were clean, nothing fancy, but what we needed for a night. Loved the adjoining rooms - we had friends in the next room, so we both left the interior doors open - much easier then having to walk outside. Only complaint was that the elevator was very slow and always busy, so we ended up taking the stairs everything.
Very close (walking distance - less than 10 minutes) to the Falls and Lundy's Lane. Amenities were basic, but it was perfect for what we needed (a bed to sleep in). Rooms were clean and the hotel had free WiFi.
We were giveb a room that wasnt clean. You can tell that everyyhing wasnt the best quality and the people working didnt seem overly happy about it. You can dedintely tell ehy this is one of the cheaper properties to stay at.
Worse place ever. The owner is a pervert and came into my room. My cable was snowy and there was no hair dryer and the clock radio did not work. I left my luggage at the front desk. I was called at 3 pm to come back to the hotel (out of an important meeting) to pick up my belongings, so the could close. Customer service is he absolute worse (except the night manager and cleaning lady). If you want to be treated like a piece of dirt? Stay here. My advice? Everyone should pass. If you question my post? Check the grounds video tape.
Location is excellent-close to Clifton Hill and Casino Niagara. The room was very clean and cozy. No issues with water pressure in the shower. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful when we had questions. This was our second time staying here and both times got a room with a balcony. This will always be where we stay when we visit Niagara falls. You can't beat the value-great price for a great room.
