  I have been there several times for consultations and Milad has always been more than willing to give me enough time and information, even when i have been clear from the beginning that i was not looking to buy and i was only shopping for information, Milad did not mind at all and did his best to answer all my questions. Ill go there when im ready to buy for sure.

  I worked with Milad to purchase a pre-sale and it was a good experience. It was my first time buying property. He wasent pushy nor was he aggressive. He answered the phone every time I had a question which was helpful. He also came with me to do my walk threw and helped to make sure my presale was in tip top shape before moving in. I would recommend him as a realtor

  Milad and the Khavari Real Estate Team have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with over the many years he has been our realtor. Navigating the real estate market can be quite tricky especially in the finite details, but Milad has been exceptional in his direction and suggestions over many past deals.
