  Recently stayed in a suite right next to Whistler Village. Super convenient location a short walk away from restaurants/shops, easy check in, and nice to have free underground parking overnight. Room was small but had a huge bed and fit my needs perfectly as I didn't spend much time in the room. Heard a dog barking early in the morning, around 6 or 7am. Had a great host named Leo who had top notch communication throughout the whole process. Would recommend!

  Stayed in a chalet in the heart of Whistler and didn't want to leave. It's so warm and cozy and has all the amenities one would want in Whistler including Hot Tub & a wood fireplace. Very happy with our decision, and would definitely stay there again!

  I read the reviews and they appears to be very polarize. I would like to talk about my experience as a property owner in pros and cons. Hope it helps.
  
  Pros:
  1. I choose Bolld to manage my property because I found them from Vancouver BBB with A+ rating.
  
  2. When it comes to finding a tenant, Bolld is not the quickest one: because they spend time on credit check, employee reference.. all these checking to find a good tenant. In fact Bolld's tenant in average stay in the unit for 2 years and paying rent on time. That's a win win in long term.
  
  3. There are few incidents that stuff need to be repaired. Bolld communicate with me and the tenant within 24 hours. then the on site repair. Bolld keep us inform the progress either by text or email. The tenants feel they have been taken care of. I guess that's why they stay more than 2 years in average.
  
  4. Payment info, repair task status, documentation are all in single web portal. It comes handy during the tax season.
  
  Cons:
  Over the past few years their business expand too quickly I would say. I used to be able to call Leo to sort things out. Now it is all text and email.
  
  Overall I am happy with their services.

  I run multiple businesses and I know how crucial customer service is in order to run and maintain a good business with high customer satisfaction rate. Having said that, I’d like to share my amazing experience of finding the dream apartment that I had been looking for the past 5-6 months. No other agency/realty/apps etc could help me find what I needed. Only through Bolld real estate management was I able to narrow down the search criteria and in just a few weeks finding what I needed. Bryna did a phenomenal job throughout the process, she was super nice, informative, communicative and caring. She addressed what I needed, found the right apartment, live video toured the apartment (something that 90% of other agents declined to do or forgot about the scheduled live tour appointments). I 110% recommend Bolld real estate management to everyone for their property rental/purchasing queries. I already have recommended them to 2-3 of my friends who intend buying/renting properties. Yes this was a long review and more like an essay, but worth writing and sharing. I typically do not write long reviews, However since these guys exceeded my expectations with the amazing deal and fantastic service they provided me with, I decided to put a bit more effort into writing a more thorough and detailed review about their services. Love these guys! 🙏🏻😍

  My boyfriend and I visited Leo’s accommodation up in Whistler. It was awesome, clean and relaxing. It felt like we were at a cabin in the woods. The location was great because everything was nearby. Would definitely come back here again.
