  Our real estate agent recommended Mike to do our pre-purchase inspection. Compared to the one I had for my own condo purchase a few years back, Mike was very thorough (and cheaper). He spent 2 hours checking everything and then met with my mom to give her a verbal report and answer any questions. We received the PDF report later. That came with recommendations and a maintenance schedule. My mom was going to skip the inspection but she's glad that she didn't!

  Michael was professional, efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. We hired his services to inspect a home we just purchased. In 3 hours, he inspected the 2000sqft home thoroughly, then spent 30 minutes taking us around to explain what he found. The report he provided is invaluable and helped identify critical fixes that needed to happen that we would have never known about otherwise. All for a price that was totally reasonable. I would hire Michael for our next home inspection whenever that might be and recommend him to anyone who is looking - you will not be disappointed!

  Professional and friendly! Michael helped us inspect our first home and he is absolutely amazing to work with. He answered all of our questions, and was very thorough with the inspection. He provided us with a detailed report, including photos and everything mentioned during the home inspection. Would definitely recommend!

  I used Michael's company to inspect a home I was in the process of buying. His thoroughness and professionalism was impeccable! Communication before, during, and after was great. I was emailing him at odd times of the day because this is the first time I was using a home inspector and I was very new to the process. He didn't make me feel stupid at all and he was very open with answering questions I had. I got a very thorough report after everything was done. I believe the value was great for the services you receive. He makes new homeowners feel secure about buying, or not, a place depending on what he finds. I definitely recommend Zegarra Inspections for your home inspection needs!

  Michael is very professional and thorough. He is meticulous in his home inspections and is especially excellent with communications with his clients. He has the latest tools and tags things like water shut offs for clients and provides value adds in terms of reminders to clients for the maintenance of their home. He offers digital reports and follows up as well. His digital reports and online processing of payments and email communications is especially appreciated to make things go faster and smoother. Definitely covid friendly. I see him with masks and gloves, and a good spray down post job as well. I would recommend Michael Zegarra Home Inspection with pleasure! Call him early before he gets booked up!!!
