  It was a great pleasure working with Ron! The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Ron had sold 3 units in the building already and was able to help negotiate a seller rent back for my investor client. Looking forward to working with him again in the future on many deals!

  Ron and his Team were very professional from the first visit and throughout the purchase process of the house. The house was presented well and Ron’s team were very efficient and accommodating throughout the negotiations, property inspection and most importantly, at the Possession. The house was in clean and wonderful condition and my buyers were very happy. Looking forward for future businesses with Ron and his Team.

  I just sold and bought my old and new home with Ron's team. I did 4 interviews before deciding to trust his team and he didn't disappoint me. I specifically like the responsiveness and dedication of the team. They are also very professional in guiding me throughout the processes. Especially, the after sale services, they worked hard to get any problems resolved and I am a very satisfied customer. Would certainly recommend his team as a trust worthy real estate agent.

  Choosing Ron as your representative is the best decision you will make.
  A few months ago, my family and I moved back to Vancouver having lived abroad for many years. As you can imagine, during a pandemic, in a heated housing market, searching homes from abroad is an immense challenge. All the more important in that situation, is to have an agent on your side that understands you, can relate to you, is fast and responsive, and is genuinely dedicated to do everything in his power for you. We couldn't be happier with the result. Ron found us a detached house in Vancouver West in a prime location, we called it a "Vancouver Special" because what we were looking for is so rare nowadays. Obviously the public interest was huge and we would never have secured it if Ron had not positioned us so perfectly. He built rapport with the other agent and his overall communication and professionalism proved to be the deciding factors. After the move in, he continued to help with anything we needed.
  Now that we are settled in we look back on this incredible experience, the kids are having so much fun in their new house as you can see from this picture. They can't stop laughing.. :) We especially love our backyard space where we can sit, unwind and enjoy a breeze after these long hot summer days. All thanks to Ron, simply the best in Vancouver.

  Ron did an excellent job in helping to sell our townhouse in the city AND helping us find a new house in the suburbs. We spent a great deal of time looking at all types of places as we were trying to find the right one for us after we sold our townhouse, and Ron was super helpful, insightful and supportive throughout the whole process. When we finally found the perfect place and had to act quickly to have a chance at getting it, Ron was a great asset in helping us get a rushed viewing, a legal opinion after hours, and then writing an offer on the same day as the viewing to compete against multiple offers. Our offer was not the highest number, but Ron helped us come out on top and we got the place! Overall, 10/10 buying experience and I’d recommend working with Ron to anyone.
