Got my hard to find tires installed and balanced within a week. Great staff and great prices.

Had tires recently installed on my truck. Love the tires but not my experience. After the tiress were installed and I was home I noticed chips around the valve stem on one rim, chips around the lug nuts on another and one rim the chrome was. Crushed. When I went back I was told that the crush mark was there when the truck went in. Which it was nit it was a fresh mark from a tool. I was told they forgot to mention it to me when I was waiting. I was told about tire pressure sensors that I needed but not the crush mark. I will never be back and won’t recxomend to anybody to go there they offered me nothing for the mistake

I called before I went in about some continental tires for my Mercedes, I thought your price was pretty reasonable so I came in ordered two of them. Going on about my day I left went to Action wheel and tire on walker to get my wheels reconditioned and welded, I asked if they could provide me a price on my continental tires while waiting for my ride. when they came back with the price I was in literally in shock their price was substantially lower than you guys.
Taking advantage of people and ripping people off is significant. Over charging me of $108.00 per tire is just downright ludicrous. I asked action wheel and tire to order them for me. I drove back to your company an hour later to get my refund the young man at the counter was rude an arguing with me, after his extensive behavior. I'll take my business elsewhere.response / report this review -

Best place for tires in the city. Great staff and quick service, was in and out within 45 minutes. Prices are great, got my tires here $100 cheaper than the 10 other places I called.

Called for a rear tire swap at 9:30 am was put on hold for 5mins to be told that he has to talk to service department, then asked me for my name & number i'll call you back.Never hear from them again hanks for your great service

AT LEAST $200 for 4 wheel balancing is outrageous even for "road force" - not to mention that you must have an appointment, they close at 5 during the week and it's closed in weekends - GOOD LUCK! The very same service is provided for about $US60 at any Belle Tire location or for free if you buy the tires from them (which are at least 30% cheaper than anywhere in Canada anyways). Other locations in Windsor (Rose City Ford and others) providing this service also charge far less.

I called in this morning at around 930, and got a price for a set of all seasons so I could get my snow tires off. They gave me what I felt was a very reasonable price, and asked if they could squeeze me in today. They replied with, they are booked full today but if I could get there in ten minutes they could do them right away, so that was perfect! Installation and service was awesome. Would recommend to anyone. Not sure if all tires come with, but mine have free rotation every 10000kms. Just have to book an appointment to make sure there is a hoist open.

I have been taking repairs to Heritage for many years, and always found them to give great service, giving plenty of options for replacements and solid advice on safety if a tire couldn't be repaired.
Just shopped for a full new set of tires for my car, and Dave came back with several options on price and fitting, allowing me to book a time to have them all installed.
Fully recommend the service here- and a great selection of coffee in the waiting room!response / report this review
