  I had been with IPO since beginning of 2019, we grew from 1 person office to much larger suits, I can only say good thing about IPO and Pat Fernandes, Pat is the most wonderful person I have come across, every one is highly professional and helpful, but Pat goes above and beyond to help people, I have had marketing and accounting services with her help, even retained employees from her referrals, even helped me with personal furniture that needed to be delivered, not to mention her precious time when I needed to talk to some one on day to day matters. you will feel like a part of a much bigger team even if you have a small office space, very clean, professional at a reasonable price, I didn't even use all the amenities as there was quite a lot for the small price. I highly recommend this place if you are a small or mid size company and have room to grow. Thanks IPO and thanks Pat.

  I have been dealing with Pat Fernandes since November 2018. Friendly representative of Innovative Professional Offices . I highly recommend their professional offices whatever your business office/ virtual office needs may be. Mailing address, temporary use of Office space etc. This a place that understands the needs and challenges of small businesses and entrepreneurs on limited budgets. They go the extra mile to keep clients happy and informed.. Pat a great referral source and her advice has been very helpful to me during this difficult time after the death of my spouse. I am very grateful to you for all you help and will be using your offices while I visit my mother in Mississauga!!

  Leasing my first office here at Innovative Professional Offices has been a great experience. I've settled here since Sept 2014 and all is operating smoothly and without interruptions. There is lots of space for parking, which is free, and building is well-maintained and up to date.
  
  What makes Innovative Professional Offices even better is its lovely staff. Make sure to ask for Pat when you get here if you're interested in viewing a unit or expanding your business into a new office environment. The Reception Team here is amazing, friendly and easy to approach. I really enjoy chilling out in our lounge watching a bit of TV while getting a fresh cup of coffee, compliments of the house, and chat over opportunities with one of the hundreds of business that operate in this facility.
  
  I highly recommend checking out this place if you're considering starting a business or expanding your existing team. Innovative Professional Offices is a great place to be.
