I brought my 2007 Mazda 3 in to check on a sound that had recently got worse. They did a full inspection, which revealed a lot of issues. I loved the report they provided, complete with pictures and videos. They were very upfront about what needed to be repaired now and what could wait, but actually suggested it was time to replace the car instead of pouring money into it. They didn't even charge anything for the inspection. I was so impressed with the service, we certainly will be back!

They were very professional and did a great job doing an oil change and thorough safety inspection of my car. They provided me a ride back to my place and picked me up after which was above and beyond what I have experienced at other garages. They even vacuumed and gave my car a wash.
I even got a chocolate at the end from them. Nice touch. I would highly recommend this garage to others.response / report this review -

Hudson Automotive are amazing. Ben and Tyler went above and beyond my expectations in fixing my vehicle. Not only were they courteous, helpful and arranged to drive me back home after dropping off my car they kept me updated on my vehicle and when it would be ready. The added bonus was the extra perks they provided to me so I knew they showed they really cared about how to treat others. They were so amazing and I have now recommended them to friends who need a mechanic where you are treated with respect and provided honesty in what needs to be fixed.

I’ve been here many times. Each time they are very polite, understanding, fast and most important do great work even on my Subaru wrx witch isn’t the easiest car to work on. I would highly

Took my minivan in for service on the brakes. They were able to repair what 2 other shops were unable to diagnose. Service was beyond excellent. They kept me informed of all repairs needed as well as cost. I also appreciated the professionalism of the staff - Darcy, Graham and Andy. Highly recommended

Graham was able to get me in on short notice for my out of province provincial inspection. Got'er done in great time. Gave him a heads up about a brake issue which the Tech discovered anyways and it was rectified in no time flat!
Great, personable customer service and free coffee!!! Was offered a ride but declined. Hung out at the mall next door.response / report this review -

Brought my car in for a new wheel bearing and O2 sensor. Absolutely fantastic service and only took them a few hours. Price was even a bit cheaper than I expected.
When I got back to my car I was surprised to find they washed, vacuumed, and dusted it!

My truck is a 1996 Chevy Silverado 1500 diesel it was at a body shop in New West. The work was done but they could not start it. So the guys at Hudson were my only hope. After calling every shop possible and no hope I found Hudson Automotive. I had my truck towed to them from the body shop. I knew it was simple. The body shop forgot to hook up the PMD remote! A plug in modulator. It is in the bumper. Thank you Hudson amazing service. Whish you were in Squamish.

Very professional, well kept shop. Mechanics were knowledgeable and were able to explain the problems to me very well. They gave me a good selection of options on how to fix my vehicle on my budget. Never felt like they were pushing unnecessary repairs of maintenance on me. I'll be going back again if I get another problem. 5*
