One of the nicer hotels in Winnipeg. The cleanliness of the building is apparent the moment you walk in the front doors. The only con is the parking, and the driveway to get to the parking. It is tight, and not built for bigger vehicle.

Newly renovated holiday in with good lobby and restaurant/bar. The bartender seems very lost at times but she's a nice person and does her best. The staff is friendly, rooms are reasonably clean and up to date. Gym is decent. Free parking and WiFi. Really no complaints, I stay here whenever I'm visiting for work.

Over the passed few years, I’ve stayed at this hotel to do Christmas shopping, medical trips, relaxation,etc. The people at check in are super friendly and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The loung/dining area is a different story. The meals and drinks are expensive when the quality of service is not there. A certain server who has been there for quite sometime, lacks initiative of promptly serving customers. She will stop and talk to another co-worker, or customer or disappear knowing she has people waiting to be servered. This happens every time I’ve stayed at this hotel. My patience has run out. For this reason, I will no longer be booking with this hotel. I will be booking with Canad’s Inn down the street to get speedy and appreciated service.

An excellent hotel in Winnipeg. Stunning views, especially in the fall. Very well lit, these rooms will make you feel glad to wake up. A favorite local retreat, and an ideal place for visitors. Nice large desks in the King suites to allow you to work.

Very clean and convenient location for my stay. Close to the university. Great amenities and friendly, professional staff. I would recommend this for anyone staying in the South.

It's an awesome place to stay. I just wish the pool for kids are bigger and has slides. But overall experience is good. I use their fitness center and it's pretty clean and has enough equipment.

We had a nice stay. We had breakfast twice but when you travel with family, continental breakfast would be nice, huge saving. Only negative point. Rooms and pool was great.

We went there for their prime rib buffet and it was delicious! It wasn't too busy so we were able to get the cuts we wanted and the food was fresh and tasty. Our waitstaff was very friendly and attentive as well. I would go again for sure!

Attended a one-day business seminar at the Holiday Inn South on Jun3 7, 2017. Great facility, clean, tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly. Especially appreciated ample available parking near the door. First class.

Was in the deer room for a meeting. Breakfast and lunch provided. It was excellent! They actually came in to check if we needed more coffee. More so than other places would do!

Good staff, convenient location, but we were given 2 queen beds when we had booked a king. Clean and quality rooms. Also give a makeup remover wipe in the bathroom which is always nice.

Hotel was so loud room next door had so many people in it and they were testing alarms which I was not told during check Inn or bookings hotel staff entered my room several times while I was in my room during this process without knocking and before I could even answer door. the restaurant was not very good and lots of shady people. Parking was really ridiculous at times. Hotel itself was very clean and roomy but because of all the rest I would never stay again.

My party used one of their semi-private dining rooms for a dinner after a conference. We all had the buffet. The food and swrgice was excellent. Service was The table and chairs were very comfortable. The decor was bland.

I love my experience at Holiday Inn. It is located in the heart of Winnipeg, providing ease of accessibility. The room are nice and well equipped. Recently, the entire suites have just been renovated. I also love the service of the personnels. However, may be because of what I am used to, I would have love if I could get Chinese food in the Inn. All the same, I will definitely recommend Holiday Inn to someone else.
