Pretty damn nice for an airport hotel in a crap part of town. Great staff, lobby, rooms. Plenty of parking. They sure do charge for it though.

Rooms are a good size, clean, and well maintained. Food is very expensive in the hotel restaurant ($20-30 for entree, breakfast buffet $15 after tax. $20+ off menu)

Comfortable room, although I found the bathroom to be on the small side. Staff very friendly and helpful. As it's by the airport it's not the best location but still walking distance to grocery store and some restaurants. Refrigerator and microwave in room are useful.

The Hotel is a hotel, nice staff and the building was clean. Unfortunately the reason why I came to Winnipeg was to See my son, and due to the fact that the hotel called or has a deal with Duffy's taxi service! The Hotel staff was called @ 3:30 to have a cab waiting out front for 4:00. After waiting until 4:15 I asked staff to call again! When the taxi driver showed up at 4:30 he googled the address that was 5 minutes away, then refused to take us??? Was it because it was located in Military Housing, or our skin color??? It matters not as this experience all but spoiled a reunion after almost 5 years!!
It would an awesome deal, before I would stay in any holiday inn again if this is the quality of the services they recommend we use!! If I was NOT a disabled veteran I would be checking out today to find a different hotel, for the rest of my visit!!response / report this review -

Good place. Nice rooms. Quiet. Breakfast was not that good though. They have a buffet, but very limited selection. Most other hotels include this type of breakfast in the price of the hotel room.

I was here for a small convention. The room was nice, staff was friendly. Parking seemed to be the only issue as the lot was packed full.

Shuttle service to airport was a key service. Good hotel. Bed was nice. No complaints. Industrial part of town so, doesn't give off the nicest appearance but not a dump by any means. Employees encountered were friendly.

Great staff, one of the best hotel workout facilities, sauna, hot tub, good food at the lobby bar. Clean and affordable. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Pool was disgusting, also spraypad and hot tub jets didn't work. Breakfast didn't come with juice/milk or pancakes included in the price like the Saskatoon location. Tv had poor picture quality. Room was very clean on the positive side of things

We had a gift card for a one night stay. We checked in and it was very busy. The room we booked (3 weeks in advance) was taken, so we were given a smaller room. The hotel was filled with garbage (pizza crusts, empty cans, napkins, etc.) and the hot tub was discolored. We ended up not staying the night due to all of this; it was not relaxing at all. They extended our ability to use the gift certificate. It looked like a very average hotel that wasn't being run well that night.

Staff are great, helpful when needed. The rooms are not kept up well ( at least mine wasnt ) and the walls are paper thin. TV works sporadically, phone had to be replaced, key cards demagnitize every time. Not great parking, only 6 or 7 stalls in front. The remainder of parking stalls are behind hotel which is not good when it is dark and -30 outside. I usually stay at a different hotel but thought I would try this as it has a restaurant. Food was good but they don't do room service. They call you when order is ready and you have to go and get it. Never had to do that before. I will go back to my other hotel on next visit.

For a Holiday Inn, this is definitely a 5 star hotel. Everything about this hotel is excellent. Very friendly staff, a beautiful contemporary design, the hotel bar is always well stocked and bartenders are very friendly. The food is superb. There's a chef on site. I don't know if they still have taco Tuesday's anymore, but that was always an awesome deal. Buffet style tacos at a bar - at a hotel!! Who could ask for anything more!? The rooms are VERY clean. The Internet was well over 10MBPS. Excellent 2km drive to the airport.
