We stayed here in April 2017. The place was still under renovation and the restaurant was closed, although room service was still available. Our room (double queen) was newly renovated and very nice. We stayed there with our two kids, for the express purpose of using the excellent facilities (play structure and pool), which the kids love. The only drawback was that for a family of four staying for 3 nights, the double queen room was small. We were on top of each other the whole time. However, this is not a reflection on the hotel, but rather on our room choice. We're going back, but this time have booked a suite, in order to give us more space and privacy.

I like this hotel. I usually try in stay in IHG hotels when traveling for work. The staff are all great and friendly here. I like the holiday inn breakfasts. The gym area is pretty nice for an inexpensive hotel. I would recommend. The kids play area would be great if you are traveling with little ones.

The room we had was nice. It had a modern look with a big shower. The kids liked the pool but they really enjoyed the pirates cove play structure. Kids ate free with a paid adult. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Best hotel I have been to in Winnipeg yet. Service was extremely friendly, there was a very large play structure that was perfect for my son to play around on. Gym equipment looked top notch even though I didn't use it. The breakfast we ordered through room service was prompt and delicious. Pool was a little shallow at 4 feet deep but it was the temperature for relaxing in. The underground parking was a nice feature. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay in Winnipeg.

Very nice hotel with a very cool pool. Kids loved the frog water slide. The room was not the biggest, but the bathroom was very spacious. Ordered room service. Good food. Would recommend this hotel.

Stayed in the suite. Salt water pool is very nice with perfect temperature water. Also hot tub. Beds are comfortable. Room has a full sized fridge with two burner stove. Dishes were supplied. Maintenance wad quick to come up to fix air conditioner. Great stay!

We had a great experience here. We were allowed to check in early, which was really a big help so we could go do some sightseeing. Staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. The play area is amazing. Both girls loved it, and played for hours. We got the two bedroom suite, and we honestly didn't want to leave! The girls had their own beds, everything was very clean, and the room had obviously been renovated recently. Having two bathrooms felt so luxurious! For the price we paid, you cannot beat this place. Highly, highly recommend.

New complete room renovations make this place look great! Free wifi is a plus. The temporary restauraunt that is setup (while it's being renovated) had a little slow service to get acknowledged. But the food was good. Nice flat screen TVs in each room, free underground parking, and a very nice lobby with very helpful staff.

The rooms were small, but newly renovated and nicely done. The shower was awesome. Felt more high end. The pool area was well maintained and a lot for the kids to do. Would go back for family trips, but not just ourselves. Pool needed more slides and could use more coffee in hotel room or a way to get more coffee/tea/snacks throughout day.

Stayed in a Queen Suite & loved it. Kids had so much fun in the pool and playground! Front desk was very helpful throughout our stay.

Attended a wedding there last night, the lobby and event room were very nice. The space has obviously been recently updated with pleasant and modern design. The event staff were professional and polite. Food served was tasty and served at the correct temperature. The parking lot however was very full and our SUV was not allowed in the underground parking.
