Friendly staff. Very Nice rooms. Nice modern decor, except the heater is very loud. Not used to that kind of noise! The satellite feed was unstable and the TV didn't deliver the channels properly. The cleaning crew left my coffee cups from the previous day which I found odd when I entered my room next evening. The hotel restaurant has a fireplace which is nice. Its very good for breakfast service. 8/10. We also went for dinner. Service was very good, but chef doesn't have much to work with. Food was 5/10 at best. Desert was terrible. So we ordered another one. And it too was inedible. We didn't say anything cause the guy waiting on us was trying his best and was the real deal in terms of trying to deliver top service. This Delta is conveniently located to convention center. I just don't think Delta Winnipeg priorities are on food or beverage.

This is really a well appointed hotel that is within walking distance of major downtown attractions such as BellMTS Center and The Winnipeg Convention Centre. Rooms were impeccably clean and modern with the heated time floor in the bathroom being a real nice touch. It should also be noted that the staff was courteous and displayed a level service that was a cut above what I have experienced at other hotel chains. Well done Delta Winnipeg!

Super solid experience here this time. Good food on the club floor, just wish evening food service started a bit sooner. 4:30 would be nicer than 5. Otherwise wonderful and has a great pub to eat at in the day and night.
If you plan to park in the underground parking, be aware that it is one daily fee while staying at the hotel and you can get passes at the front desk for leaving and returning with no additional charges at any time.response / report this review -

Was very pleased with my stay. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean when we checked in and kept clean during the stay. Cleaning staff were respectful of our personal belongings. Would stay again.

This wasn't our first stay at this Delta location, and it certainly won't be our last! A very clean and well-maintained hotel with modern decor and professional, friendly staff! Front desk staff bend over backwards for you, offering upgraded room and extra towels and robes to be delivered to your room. Walking about the hotel, all staff members are welcoming, extending pleasant greetings as you pass by. The beds are super cozy and the rooms are laid out for practicality, complete with a very handy luggage drop zone next to the closet. The gym and pool area are quite large and very nicely laid out as well! A beautiful lobby area with a Café serving quality Starbucks coffee and espresso, sandwiches and baked goods. There is literally not much more they could do to ensure you have a positive experience and comfortable visit. We always enjoy our stay at the Delta, and plan on visiting again and again!

Friendly staff who go out of their way for you.
Stayed on the concierge floor which gave us a morning breakfast. Worth it for three people.
Heated bathroom floor was a pleasant surprise. Other than that, basic but clean rooms. I was here for pleasure but would have been extremely comfortable here for business as well.
Centrally located with easy access to all parts of the city.
As a side note, the curbs and roads are in terrible disrepair, I guess football stadiums and hockey arenas are the only place that city council is allowed to spend money on.response / report this review -

Renovations to this hotel are very present. The hotel presents itself as a very modern place to go; Nicely decorated lobby. Was here for a business type meeting, used one of the meeting rooms on the second floor. Spacious and clean environment.

Stayed there the night of the Guns n Roses concert and again the night after the Phantom of the opera. The staff were awesome and friendly. The beds and room were comfortable and clean. I fully recommend the valet parking. We would have stayed another night had there been time. Such a great experience! Thanks very much.

Great place to stay. Ended up staying there for two weeks at the Canada Games. My only complaint would have been too have a larger fridge in the room. There was a good exercise room, the roof top pool was wonderful. Overall a great stay.

Great, clean, spacious room with separate living and sleeping areas. Perfect for watching hockey at night. Downstairs bar also makes a great cocktail.

Recently attended a fundraising event held in the Delta ballroom. The food was tasty. Wait staff were friendly and helpful. I've been to many events there over the years, and everything always runs really smoothly. The venue always looks really fresh and clean.

I travel to Winnipeg often, and Delta is by far my favourite place to stay. The location is very central, the rooms are clean, and the service staff is friendly. You can tell that management really cares about their loyal customers, and they go out of their way to solve any issues you might have. The in-house restaurant is also great, and I highly recommend getting the breakfast package.

I loved it. A nice atmosphere and great service. My only complaint is that none of our outlets worked apart from the bathroom ones, and there were two parties going on around us that night. But it was great overall
