Rooms were nice. WiFi was painfully slow in some rooms. Restaurant service was really slow, lots of mistakes, and the same dish was different on different days.

Best hotel beds I've ever slept in, breakfast was good and the hot tub was a nice way to unwind after a long day. Would highly recommend this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay here in September 2017. The location is great and a much cheaper option than staying right in Banff. The hotel is clean and all staff members were courteous and professional. I really liked the bed and you have a choice of pillows (firm or soft) to suit your needs. Although the place was packed with other tourists I never heard a thing at night. My room wasn't special but I had a great view too. A great hotel at a great price and still close to restaurants with easy access to the highway leading to Banff.

Affordable rooms for where it is. Friendly staff. Spectacular views from the room. Even more spectacular views outside. Tons of outdoor activities to enjoy in the area. They have a hot tub and a gym although I didn't get the chance to try them out. Overall I am pleased and will stay here again next time I pass through.

Great room, great price, very polite and friendly staff willing to assist in any way. Rooms were very spacious though the toilets were very low to the ground. I could be biased being 6'3" but my wife is 5' and fpund it children's size. But no one cares about that. Its a great location so we can avoid the loud crowds in banff.

Rooms were clean and roomy. Baths large with plenty of counter space. Food was good with good selection.

This is a picturesque building in a rocky city. We stayed on the third floor split level room where the bed is on upper level like a modern condominium, very cool. The facility actually seems old yet well maintained. However, we experience power outage at night fortunately during our sleep on a moderate weather evening.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, it would have been nice if the rooms had more than 1 k-cup of coffee in the room. I know I could of asked for more, but I didn't feel like making the effort. Again, it was a still a pleasant stay.

Rooms are clean, spacious and fairly modern. We stayed in a suite with a king bed and a separate living room. This works great for us as we have small children, so we're not sitting in the dark after their bedtime. The hotel is in a good location just a few minutes drive from main street downtown.

The room was great but the heater was inconsistent in temperature. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and modern. I like that the bed is in a separate room from the living space. The hotel is close to the highway but wasn't really walking distance to anything. We would stay there again as it's only a 10 minute drive from Banff.

Thank you for returning my phone. Thank you to the restaurant crew that night of april 15. And to Maricar from receptionist great job everyonekeep it up. On the other hand the Hotel is neat and clean and so fragrant. I love it! Food so great too. Just place some rags in washroom, the flooring tiles is too cold. Other than than its very good to stay!!! I recommend!

Room was clean and comfortable. The bed sheets were on the thin side. Breakfast is not included. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall, though, i think I'd choose Best Western over the Holiday Inn in the future.

Stayed at this location for two night mid-January. Awesome hotel, staff were friendly, service was great and the room was beautiful! Had a top floor suite. High ceilings, bed was super comfy and it was very clean. Great view of the mountains. Highly recommend this location!
