Would not stay here again. Very dirty and run down. Obvious that it’s poorly run. Nothing works including the toilets. Unable to access hot tub and gym. Many other great places to stay in Canmore, don’t make the same mistake we did. Pass on this place.

We had used this accomodation for our wedding guests so that they could be close to the reception.
I have had 4 different guest complain to me; there were many issues with the cleanliness of this hotel is the summary.
Guest 1's room had not had the sheets cleaned from the previous visitors it appeared as there was crumbs in the bed.
Guest 2's experience showed me how the pillow cases were quite stained and should have most likely been thrown out a while ago.
Guest 3's issue was it appeared that the floor was not swept, we get it, in Canmore people like to hike and they bring back dirt, but between guests it's wise to sweep it up.
Guest 4's story is not as bad, they did not have any towels in the room at all.
I am glad that we did such a good ceremony and reception that they still had a great time at the wedding eventsresponse / report this review -

Super nice place with an excellent view and within close distance to some nice hiking trails and only 30 mins from Banff

Very competative pricing. Multiroom suites are great for groups of people. Full kitchen, bbq, patio, mountain views etc

Location is great and spacious. Not as much parking as a few years back. They could have more things in the rooms such as saran wrap or aluminum foil when trying to cook or bake things.

It's a great location with nice big rooms. The appliances are new and in good condition. Washer and dryer are super helpful, and the second floor balcony is a great place to enjoy the amazing mountain views. The provided parking is very tight and will be problematic for anything but compact cars. Luckily there was plenty of space to park on the street close by.

Accommodation was fine. Some aspects were a bit shabby. The bed skirting was ripped and towels were worn through. Saw an employee sorting dirty laundry on the parking lot floor.

Great apartment, massive compared to what we thought we'd be getting. Canmore is a lovely little town with an easy walk to the liqour store and shops. Not the best views on the balcony (overlooks a car dealership) but when you can see mountains in every direction you can't complain. Overall great place to stay for a few days with easy access to Banff national park.
