Lovely cabin with everything we needed. The host was supernice and friendly and gave us very useful sightseeing advice. She even gave kids muffins for picnic… so kind! We just totally enjoyed our stay every much and really appreciated it. Highly recommended!!

Great lodge to spend a couple of days in Banff. The rooms are clean and are big enough to enjoy the stay. The living room is accessible for all guests and there is coffee (and delicious muffins) available. The included breakfast was awesome, waffles/eggs/fruits/muffins basically more than you would need for your day! :D
Karin and her daughter are also wonderful and they can recommend places to go eat, to go skiing or the best hikes around the area. I will definitely go back during summer and stop again at this place.response / report this review -

Very quaint! We really liked being separated from the other guests. Parking seems somewhat crowded, and how close we are parked together worries me, but one small flaw in an otherwise amazing stay!

This place in amazing. Banff history hangs on the walls and the house is old, but everything is comfortable including the rate. The location is the best and we have stayed quite a few places in Banff. Karin, our host was able to make several great suggestions which we took and proved to be excellent such as Nourish, veg/vegan and Coyote's (Southwestern). Additionally, she gave us some great hiking tips. We will continue to return to the Holiday Lodge.

We loved our four nights in Banff's Holiday Lodge. It is an older property full of quirks and character. The host is a friendly local who knows the area and gives excellent sightseeing advice. The breakfasts were great and the conversations with other guests were great fun. Our cabin was a good size, clean, comfortable and quiet. The BnB is located just off of the main street and in walking distance of everything, we walked up and down the main street several times and out as far as Sundance Canyon. The off street parking is a great bonus.

Wonderful place to stay--clean and comfortable--especially on a budget. Karin, the owner, was great--so helpful and friendly. She made a wonderful breakfast every morning.
