I had Holeshot do a custom fit up of my Honda Pioneer 1000-5 LE, with a non-Honda accessory (ultralight, aluminum, hard-walled tent) that required specialized fabrication and machining. The service department, led by Greg Botting, rose to the occasion. Greg was very attentive, and followed my spec list closely with good suggestions. Dawson worked on the install, and was receptive to discussions with myself before we launched into accessories which included full rigid cab enclosure, LED lights, dual battery, windshield washer and wiper, rock rails, bed extender, gun boots and a whole list of other items. I would recommend Holeshot to anyone who wants to deck out their ATV or side by side

Very helpful staff. Huge selection of bikes both new and used. Massive property really. Motorcycle Gear and clothing selection perhaps does not match the scope of the shopping you'll do for a new or used bike. Sales staff are not pushy like they are at other shops and certainly not as pretentious as a certain other shop that recently opened in Langley. If they don't have what you're looking for they're quick to point out that they'll order it for you as quickly as they're able. Myself and my riding buddies visit here most every weekend.

Bought my first new bike here. Josh in sales and Victoria from financial we're super friendly and accommodating. Made the whole process pain free. The retail floor is amazing with a huge selection and the staff our super friendly and informative. Same with the parts and service dept. Great place.

Nice to compare the motorcycles due to large inventory. If you want to buy one don't hesitate to make offers and stay firm on it. Don't waste your time in emailing them, you won't get a correct answer.

The staff is super helpful AND the products are plentiful!!! Pricing is average. You could find things cheaper online but c'mon, these guys are stocking the goods! Give them a few extra points for that! Get what ya need right away and ample things to try on. Can't do that online. Great store!

Just bought my wife some riding gear here, the staff was very patient and helpful finding her what was going to fit her best.

Terrible sales experience. Mediocre service experience.
We were repeat customers of the service and sales departments, so this review has been building up for a while.
We recently engaged with the sales team to purchase a new bike for the 2017 riding season. We had purchased a bike with them a few years back, and were looking to bring our repeat business back to them. Not only were they unwilling to work with us to come to a reasonable compromise on price, they made it seem like they were doing us a favour with the very small discount they offered. We ended up getting a better bike for less than their best offer. I understand business being business, but what really disappointed me was the attitude from the salesperson.
We had also used them for regular service of our bikes, but our most recent experience with them was that they charged a premium but missed some basic steps in the service that the manufacturer had outlined. I dealt with what I thought was a throttle issue for months because they couldn't figure it out. I took the bike to a single brand dealer that aligned with my bike and it was fixed in 20 minutes. This was because the service staff knew the throttle needed to be calibrated with the regular service and the team at holeshot somehow missed this even though it's in the service manual.
We're done with this dealer, after many attempts to try and form a productive relationship.
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for better service and better pricing.

Wife had sent email to sales manager regarding the poor customer service and received an email from one of the owners recognizing the incident described above. Respect the way he handled the situation, took ownership of the customer experience, and was able to turn things around.response / report this review -

Awesome has so many different options when it comes to motocycles such as dirt bikes cruisers sportsbikes scooters quads atvs etc. and has various types of motocycle maintainants supplies

Very excellent place to shop Honda equipment. The Girls in accessories section and Boys in Parts section are great. The Girls here are into sports and very professional, thanks for the advice on my gear and equipment.

They have a good store for accessories the upper level operates the dealership and that's where you can have problems they are generous when you buy but after that you are just garbage can believe people still do that

This store is awesome! So much variety and lots of bikes to choose from. Staff are super helpful and friendly. I love going here. Aswell the service department are very efficient and helpful.
