The staff is very friendly and the hotel is spotless. Very nice environment especially for a group from a Christmas Party. Highly recommend

The bedroom was impeccable clean, fine beds and pillows, useful kitchen area, desk and closet. The amenities of the hotel were just great, the gym, the pool and the restaurant & bar as well. Even though there's nothing around it, a short 10 minute drive in every direction will get you to many restaurant options, grocery stores, banks, etc. And something that I really appreciated was the attention of all of the staff, really kind and warm people! Definitely recommend :)

Food was phenomenal. But the service left a little to be desired. We sat down immediately, but it took ages for our server to come over. Then, my friend got his drink and I didn't get mine until I had to ask for it nearly ten minutes later.

Pretty good hotel. Breakfast is basic. Staff are friendly. Small bar that closes too early. Gym and pool very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is very well kept. The decor is great. Great elevators. We were there filming a friends wedding and the food provided in the morning for the wedding party was also pretty good.

Staying in the King bed suite was nice. They have a jet tub and sophisticated shower. The location is ideal for guests attending weddings in Brampton as well as those looking for relaxing getaway. The room service is only available between 5pm-10pm, which is probably one of the few downsides. Otherwise the hotel also offers a swimming pool, workout area and breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.

The rooms were nice, clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly as well. The location wasn't great. Easy access to the highway but it doesn't seem like there was much close by as far as food and drinks. Was disappointed they had a pool but no hot tub.

Great service and comfortable, clean rooms, but there is nothing to do in the area and you have to drive to get anywhere worth going to. Most good restaurants are at least a 10 minute drive away. Don't bother going for a walk because there is nothing around to see. If you don't want to go out, there is a nice restaurant/bar in the hotel, as well as a pretty decent gym. The pool is nothing to brag about.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The room is quite nice. The staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend going for the breakfast. The quality to price ratio is what I would expect from most brunch places. The only negative part to our stay was that our room was next to the housekeeping staff's inventory room. So it became very noisy at around 7am. If you're going to stay here, make sure you stay away from that room. Overall, quite happy and would stay here again.

My experience here was great. I spent more time on the dining area since I was only here on business but Joy waited on me both days and she was great. Checked in with me and made sure I got my new even when I was rushed. The manager was present and aware of what was going on with every table. I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel conveniently located at the convention center. Clean, spacious rooms. Courteous and helpful staff. I've stayed here a few times and it's always been perfect.

It's an Airport Hotel about 30min from Toronto if you wanna visit the Town you gonna need a car. The Hotel is clean and Quiet, the rooms are big and not too expensive.

I wish I could rate them as a 0 star. I stayed a night in Sept 2, 2016, and I left few of my belongings in the hotel. On the same day that I checked out, I called the hotel to check if they found my belongings, and they confirmed me that they have found all of them. I was on a vacation so I had to pick up my stuff a week later. I went in, and my watch was missing. No explanation until today's date, Sept 12. Furthermore, they have charged over $200 on my credit without any authorization, and I don't even know what the charge is. The manager is not answering my calls or emails.
All issues have been resolved. Again, big thank you to the general manager at the hotel.response / report this review
