This is a fun place if you like to party. There are parties galore here. Stags, hens. Security is busy at this place. They are owned by a large company in Banff that seems to send the party people here. The scenery is nice but it's a 20min to 1/2 hour walk to town

Great resort. Rooms clean and well maintained. We had a two bed with loft. Tons of room. Hot tub and pool are fantastic.

By far one of the best bang for your buck hotel. Booked a month ago for the 2 bedroom loft, ans had a free complimentary upgrade to the game room loft. Rooms are clean, beds are really comfortable, hotel was clean and close to loads of stuff to do. Relaxing hot tub and complimentary bus rides around Banff if necessary. Highly recommend this hotel for the views, the rooms and the price.

The 2 bedroom lodge with loft was excellent and very spacious! The hot tub overlooking the valley was very relaxing. The complimentary bus to downtown was convenient so we could have a few drinks downtown and then catch the bus back to the lodge at night.

It's a very nice place hot pool, and slightly cooler pool was enjoyable fire place in room was a very nice touch as well. Rooms were clean slightly over priced. But still will definitely be coming back.

Rooms were roomy with full kitchens and a fireplace. Located close to downtown Banff. Nice pool and hot tubs. Had a mule deer eating shrubs in the parking lot, with little fear of people.

Easy to find just 15 minutes outside of town. Friendly staff and good accommodation. Room was clean and orderly. Nice pool!

Enjoyed our stay at Hidden Ridge, but considering the cost, our expectations were higher. Stayed in a pet friendy room, but the outside area was littered with feces from previous guests not considerate enough to clean up after their pets. We ended up doing it to prevent our dog from getting soiled. Room was clean, but a bit worn and showing lots of wear/tear. Extra charge for the pet included a pet bed, dog dishes, a toy, and dog treats (though we didn't see any treats). In the middle of the hottest summer season and the bedding only included a heavy quilt so we struggled getting comfortable. The grounds and surrounding area and location is beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub area but swarmed with children so not very enjoyable to simply relax.

Nice place, no complaints. We stayed in a three-level kitchenette. Beds were cozy and the layout was fun. The resort has a centralized BBQ spot that works perfectly for groups. Good access to biking/hiking trails. Would recommend!

Brought my brothers and sisters and we all had a great time. Pool and hot tub were very fun. Next time I will remember to bring BBQ goods! Got more then we expected with our room. Thx

The hot tub view is second to none in Banff. Super clean rooms - especially considering the dishes need to be cleaned every time. My only small complaint is some of the firewood could be chopped smaller -the big pieces don't burn as good in the fireplace.

We had an awesome girls weekend at the hotel. The space was perfect. We didn't use the kitchen because we ate out. The hot tub was amazing. I would definitely stay again!

Good location, just a bus ride to town (passes included). Amazing view from the hot pool. Rooms could use some updating, and appliances could use a few repairs, but all in all a good spot

Nice location a good distance from the busyness of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were always clean. Ran out of kindling twice during our stay of 10days due to being peak season so we couldn't always have a fire. I had to find out transport options to lake louise myself as staff only advised that you had to drive there yourself. I managed to find a tour that took me there and provided pick up from the hotel.
