Very nice hotel. On the main road in and out of town, but kind of at one end, so you have to walk maybe a half mile to get into the middle of everything, but there are still some places across the street. Right across the street from the gas station. Parking is under the building and was available, but could possibly be tight in the summer. The parking lot also has a very low ceiling, my truck fit, but it was an inch from scraping the the room in spots.
Dog friendly, 25 dollar charge for a dog I think. Which is about what you pay anywhere. The room had a back patio/deck that was shared with all the other rooms on the first floor. It looked like a great place to relax in the summer.
I would def stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel to stay at. Not as fancy as some of the others in Banff but we don't care about those things anyway. The room is a nice size, the beds are comfy. It's nice there is underground parking and free continental breakfast that's quite good. The breakfast room itself is a tad small though. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

The location is pretty good for Banff. The bonus is underground parking. The breakfast is very good, starts at 7am. The room was spacious and nice, I had to start heating as it was a little cool when I came in. The bed was comfortable, a lots of pillows. The blanket could have been a little thicker and warmer. Very quiet and quite comfortable stay. Thank you.

I can not recommend this place. For a Best Western, this is the worst one I've stayed in. The front desk personnel had issues processing several guests' reservations and payments (we had to wait a while in line) and couldn't explain to another guest why they had to pay extra money (tourism taxes, etc.) for their stay. They failed to explain why there is such a tax and simply repeated to the customer that the price written on their printed confirmation is wrong.

In my opinion this place could be OK--the location is great and breakfast is not bad. But I hope for the price of almost 400 dollars a night (during the off season!) that the personnel training could be better.

Very unprofessional staff. Trying to charge an extra night due to a noise complaint, but we were never contacted by staff. Night staff was to lazy to come tell us we were loud and charged us due to his/her incompetance. Dont go here if you are under 50 because you will be treated unfairly.

I have been sick for six years and was not able to go on holidays, so my husband, my sister and her husband and I decided to take a holiday together and go through the mountains and we stayed at your hotel on July 27, 2017 and it cost us $400.00 for the night. For $400.00 a night it better be in excellent shape with excellent food and excellent service, sooo let's see how well you did.

👿 We were very disappointed with the shower as there was NO water pressure and my sister and I have very thick hair, so we could NOT wash our hair and the faucet is so close to the tub that we couldn't even turn our heads upside down and wash our hair under the faucet 👿

👿 We couldn't get our deadbolt to our room to lock properly. Nor could we get the screen door to the deck to lock, so that we could leave the door open for fresh air while we were sleeping 👿

💜 The beds, pillows and comforters were very comfortable, but you have the beds so close to the wall and to the window that we had to turn sideways to be able to get in and out of the beds. Also, every time you tossed and turned the bed would squeak like as if you've got wood underneath the mattresses 👿

👿 As for breakfastyour dining room is NOT big enough for all of your guest. My husband and I went down and had breakfast first then phoned my sister and told her and her husband to come down to have breakfast and we would hold the table for them because if we got up they wouldn't get a table when they come back down to have their breakfast. It was so busy in such a small space 👿

👿 Also the food was NOT hot and fresh 👿

👿 As for your FREE underground parking it sure doesn't hold very many of your guests. We had to park out on the street, blocks away from your hotel 👿

Room was good, ground floor so also had easy access out. Nice sided tub and the water was consistent. Only issues were more locations based than anything else, bring in banff the hotel was of course quite overpriced and parking was pretty close in the basement. Was enough room but only for those comfortable negotiating tighter spaces.

Very comfortable room. Banff is a crowded place - we appreciated the availability and ease of the underground parking for hotel guests! Great breakfast as well. Plenty of choices and the food was very good; well presented and tasty! Nice way to start the morning rather than searching for a breakfast spot.

Good value hotel. Nothing fancy but meets the need for a place to stay while visiting Banff. And, free breakfast. Stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

Helpful and friendly staff. They happily accommodated early check in and late check out.

The breakfast was very good. Large variety of food; cereals, oatmeal, yogurts, fresh fruits, sausages, eggs, hash browns, French toast etc. The staff was excellent, making sure all the items were hot and available and cleaning up the dishes and tables very promptly. The breakfast room is small but well maintained.

We stayed on the 3rd floor, and had a nice tiny little private balcony with a small table and 2 chairs.

Comfy and clean beds. No complaints there.

The pool is basic, and not large but good for small children. It was warm, my 9 year old and 5 month old enjoyed it. Hot tub was nice. We were lucky to have the entire pool to ourselves when we went.

I enjoyed the stay and will book again in the future.

I enjoyed my stay here, for the most part.

Check-in was simple and efficient and greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Thank you.

Definitely a large enough room. It was just me. Two queen beds.
- the bed - super comfortable 10/10
- the pillow - 10/10
- the bedding - very comfortable, yet I should have taken the comforter from the other bed to stay warm (see below)

The room temperature was oddly cool. The floors - cool to the feet when I wasn't wearing shoes. Even with the temp turned up to it's highest (90F) and the fan turned to max, it never really warmed up that much. Odd.

It was a cool night's sleep. The fan, running at max, was a bit annoying but I survived - first word problems, right 😉

I'm 5' 11" and had to duck to get under the shower head. I do a lot of squats so this wasn't a big issue. Towels - lots. Soft white towels. My favourite. Thank you.

In room coffee. Always a plus.

Breakfast is included. REAL scrambled edges, pan fried potatoes, bacon, a fresh banana, glass of water and a tea. I passed on the rest of the choices. Sausage, french toast, juices, fruit salad, pastries. Easily a $20 breakfast at your local Denny's.

Price - It's ski season so the prices are $199 - not lower prices. No worries. My client paid for the room 🤓

The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had hot options of scrambled egg and bacon for example. Will definitely book again.
