I order a vape from them witch was great but it was time order a coil. When i ordered the coil online i made sure its the same brand and for my type of device. when it got to my hand none of the coils worked.
I esclated the issue and they got back to me right away and resolved the issue with a full refund without me returning the item.

Ordered a Caliburn vape, replacement pods and Salt Nix juice a couple of weeks ago. Customer service was great, I was contacted within an hour to inform me that they didn't have the colour I ordered but had others to choose from so I wouldn't have to wait. Everything was shipped quickly, packaged well and excellent customer service! Will definitely order again!

I've been coming here for a couple of years. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I mostly order online now and just messed up an order the other day. I left them a message and they resolved my issue right away! Great customer service.
