Everything was gorgeous however I sent flowers for my moms birthday and rather than getting to enjoy them on her birthday she received them close to 6pm. Her birthday was almost done. Definitely need to be delivered before noon. I wish that was an option. Great service when I called to find out where my order was though. Just disappointed my mom didn’t get her flowers in the morning like a florist locally would do.

My friend to whom the bouquet was delivered was absolutely thrilled. She said it was absolutely fantastic and flowers were all very fresh and most pleasing to the eye. Thank you for the love and care with which you delivered on time.!

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Save yourself trouble and order from the many other flower delivery services available! I ordered premium flowers for a funeral service (paid a lot extra). These flowers were embarrassingly delivered half dead with the rest dying rapidly thereafter. When I reported the issue to customer service they told me they had to “investigate” and took almost a week to provide any help. I even sent pictures as proof. Their solution was to have more flowers delivered (without giving me the chance to reply) Despite my wishes, they chose to send more flowers to the location a week after the service had passed. On top of that they did not respond to any of my communications. Extremely disappointing customer service with no regard or sensitivity to people’s circumstances. THEY AVOID GIVING REFUNDS at all costs. Will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered a Sympathy arrangement for an old family friend that had just lost her husband. Very easy process online. I received a call from her today thanking us for the outstanding flowers. Experience could not have been any easier and the selection was impressive. Thank you Canada Flowers!

I ordered this bouquet for a friend who just had hip surgery. It was okay, but I was a bit disappointed. There weren't as many red carnations as I had expected as per the picture on the site. Also, I understand that the florists often need to make substitutions, but for the florist not to have any plain, common white daisies was pretty surprising! My friend did like the bouquet, however. She said it made her day, so that's why I am giving a 4/5.
I do have a good experience when I order from Canada Flowers, howeverthe service is wonderful, the choice of products is fantastic, prices are reasonable and customer service is amazing! Canada Flowers is my "go to" online florist! :-)response / report this review -

The price was reasonable (though still pricey) when compared to other overpriced online flower delivery services. I felt the arrangement, flower types, and included vase were within the price range, and the arrangement was beautiful. All flowers were fresh. Delivery was on time and the delivery woman was very nice. Packaging was professional with a simple ribbon tie around the vase and plastic wrap to protect the flowers. I would order again because of how easy the process was, and the quality of the bouquet. I was worried that a generic name like "Canada Flowers" would be more about bulk and not quality, but the experience and product turned out excellent.

I ordered flowers for my cousin’s engagement. They were delivered on time and the bouquet was beautiful. I selected the mid-size and was not disappointed. Some places tend to look nice online but the actual arrangements appear smaller or are not true to the photo. In my experience this company is not one of those. It was a beautiful arrangement and looked true to the photo. Very good experience and would recommend.

I was disappointed in the arrangement. I understand at this time stock is limited, however the flowers didn't really look fresh. The vase was just a regular glass vase as the one I ordered had a lovely frosted glass that was the colour of fall. Even a ribbon around it would have made a difference. And it wasn't even arranged nicely. The Rose's were clumped together rather than placed between the other flowers and the mums were old. Usually I have no issues. Perhaps a different florist was used. All in all nor up to par or worth the money I spent.

Very nice flowers. Healthy and not wilted. Delivered the next day and it was an awkward place to get to.
