  The staffs are really friendly and helpful! And SF is definitely the best delivery company we know. They guarantee a five-days delivery to Shanghai just like we are still in China. Perfect!

  Authentic SF Express in town. Process was smooth. Very helpful staff. Clear explanation. No frills. Fast and safe. Highly recommend for shipping to China and Asia-bound.

  The office was quite small, but new and clean. The staff are very friendly but seems not too familiar with their business( the information was provided to me wasn't clear, and they made a mistake on the receiving address, had to call them to correct it, paid 10% duty when receiving the package in mainland China and with a lot of hustle to chase the package). Overall not a very pleasant experience.

  Sent a new down jacket back to China via SF. SF asked for the receipt and all ID documents, and put the brand name and price on the label. However, the custom charged for over 200 CAD for tax.
  
  The jacket is NOT for selling and only for family member. I haven’t be informed of the 20% custom tax charge AT ALL when I was at store.
  
  I understand this charge is from China Custom not SF. My point is at least SF should inform the customer of the 20% tax charge, and they should not put the brand name at least on the label, since it is NOT for reselling.
  
  Also, the courier fee for sending this package (less than 5pounds) was 80CAD, which was same price as Canada Post. Even though Canada Post is slower, they only put “clothes” and the estimated price on the label.
  
  Canada Goose is a popular brand, however, after telling the staff this piece of cloth is for family not for reselling, they insisted to put the brand name and price on the label which potentially increases the probability of charging the custom tax.
  
  I won’t recommend this place if you wanna send something over 1000 CAD. Probably only for sending documents which you can put price “0” on the label.
