Hanna Carapinha spent a lot of time to make sure I was comfortable using my accessories. She also took a video from my cell phone on proper procedure for cleaning. She was very patient and detail oriented as was Joanna who scheduled and followed up on my appointments. BRAVO! and thank you Bravo Hearing. You came through with flying colours.

Saw Hanna Carapinha this past Tuesday for my mother and was vary satisfied with her service.Vary easy to speak with and able to explain things to mum in terms that are easy for her to understand, she was patience which is always a plus when English is 2nd language for mum.

If you're hearing is getting worse or you need hearing aids , go to Bravo Hearing Aids & Hearing Test Clinic.
The staff at Bravo are amazing. Michael & Sandra the owners take the time to explain the best hearing aids for you without being condescending. You cannot be in business as long as Bravo has been without. giving outstanding service.

Very experienced and informative visit. Sandra is very articulate and experienced in her diagnosis of my hearing issue so I was able to understand the application and the science of prevention to maintain clear hearing. Highly recommended.

I had used this store for several years and Michael was a fantastic technician, very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, he has stopped working there and doesn't appear to be coming back. His counterpart, Hanna, while helpful, is not as skilled as Michael and it shows. This creates frustration in trying to solve issues with my hearing aids.

Unfortunately I have to seek out a different place to handle my hearing aids until Michael decides he wants to return.

I had hearing aids once before, but I hated them, and disliked the clinic I was dealing with. So I did a fair amount of research on hearing aid providers, and I decided to take a chance with Bravo Hearing Centre based on positive reviews. I was so glad I did. Michael took a great deal of time to truly understand my needs and to go over my options. I was never rushed or pressured - in fact, it took me 4 months to decide! Hannah also spent a lot of time with me to make sure my new hearing aids were fitted properly and that I knew how to use the accessories. I had several follow-up visits - she wanted to check that everything was still going okay. Katie, who scheduled all the appointments and gave the reminders, was friendly and super efficient. Throughout the entire process, I received much care and attention - thank-you Bravo!

Micheal and Sandra make you very welcome right from the start.. They explain in detail what they are doing and do not recommend anything you don't need. I would and have recommended people to the Bravo Hearing Centre.
