  worst branch ever - never open, awful access for parking and horrible fit/finish inside. You can't do anything via their bank machines, longest lines, slowest staff there is a reason I bank elsewhere. I wish my mortgage broker never even suggested HSBC!

  No good, this is why Canada is always behind USA. In the States bank are open at least 6 days a week

  Just found out this branch is open Mon-Fri from 10am to 4pm. I haven't gone in person to double check though. Hope this helps!

  THIS BRANCH: decor looks like from the 70's - dim and gloomy atmosphere; does not handle business banking - not convenient!
  
  HSBC IN GENERAL: the ATM software/interface looks ugly, non-intuitive, and outdated(black & white!). Branch/business banking are BOTH OFF on weekends - inconvenient. On the website, no branch hours information - inconvenient again. Business internet banking took more than 2 weeks & 5 agents (four of them non-responsive) to setup - inefficient & bothersome!
